I'm walking outside the house shaking my head.

I went in there to seduce him, and we screamed at each other.

I push open the door and walk outside trying not to freeze to death when I see a car roll up.

I continue walking forward when I feel someone grab my arm and swing me back inside.

"HE-" I yell but I stop when I see Ivan in front of me.

"Go to my bedroom" he says.

I glare at him.

"No are you kidding me-"

"Elle those people who parked are my allies, we're here to discuss business"

"You mean the assassination of my entire bloodline" I hiss.

"Doesn't matter, if they see you here they'll kill you"

"Isn't that what you want? I'm on borrowed time anyway" I say shrugging him off my arm.

"Your mine Elle, I get to be the one to choose what happens to you" he says.

I pause whatever insult was about to fly out my mouth.

"Now go to my room." He says, harsher.

I pick and choose my battles.

I see no reason to fight this one.

I turn to go up his stairs.

"4th floor, black door, gold letters saying my name" he says walking to the door.

I roll my eyes and run upstairs. I pause hidden behind the wall at the top.

"AHH ALESSEDRO" Ivan bellows hugging an older man.

"Who was that girl at the door hmmm?" The man, Alessedro I'm guessing, asks. Smirking.

"Just a girl to keep me company" Ivan responds, his tone smug.

What would I give to slap that smile off his face.

I walk up the stairs until I've finally reached the fourth floor,

And developed asthma.

I open his room hesitantly.

What do I do if someone's in there?

Kick them in the head?

Yeah.

I peek my head in, no one.

I open it fully and step inside.

I look out at the view adoringly.

God it's so beautiful.

I walk quietly to his bed and sit down.
