War is the enemy of everyone and everything. Nothing good can be achieved out of it.
"Where are you, darling seraphic?" Salvadora's eyes flew open, and she realized she wasn't awake when she saw herself running after hearing that.
Her body ached from all the wounds and burns bestowed on her. She's doing her best to run, but it would still catch up to her. If she wasn't trying her best to run, she knew she'd be in the graveyard having her last breath.
She ran past all the blood-curdling trees that warned her she was being watched by them. She can hear all the howling voices seeking help and retribution. The entire place is in complete chaos, with everyone fighting for their own reasons and no one wanting to lose.
The clashing of swords, the flouncing of wings and the cry of pain and agony could be heard. The deadliest anarchy in the region is happening, and no one knows how or when it will end.
Salvadora saw her companions fall to their knees as the bloody moon witnessed the fall of all the mighty seraphic and dominions, but what made her shudder was seeing the man she was devoted to being killed by the same built figure chasing her. She was about to run back and save the man when she saw herself fall on the ground.
She screams in agony as her body limps on the blood-splattered ground. She couldn't believe this was happening.
This is all a dream, she said to herself, and pulled the arrow that pierced her heart. She felt as if she was losing her breath as her tears flowed from her eyes. She's trembling with the thought of losing hope. Her eyes are fading in sight. She tried to drag herself to a man with an unclear face. She wanted to say something, but her mouth was quivering from the pain, but her hands made their way to hold the man's cheeks.
"Don't leave me." She cries out to him, holding his cold cheeks in her lap. She ran her fingers through the man's hair and demanded him not to close his eyes. Eventually, the man's breathing becomes uneven, blood seeps through his mouth, and Salvadora knows it is too much to stop. The sword had already hit him in the heart.
The heart that was dead, but she made it alive to feel love. As she was about to collapse, she witnessed the man have his last breath and tried her best to embrace his body.
What a dramatic and lovely death, isn't it? Look, Elohim, as our children perish as a result of their damn love. A dreadful voice echoes through the place.
Elohim slowly raises his head from the ground and sees his child die, letting his tears fall helplessly because he knows it will be the end of their kind. But before the figure in the dark kills him, he uses his last strength to utter a plea to the odds to let him and his kind rebirth again, but not in this region but in the mortal world to rise again at the right time and be able to fight and end the war.
