"Mom please be careful now" India said concerned
"I will baby now I want you to listen to grandpa and be good for him, okay?" I said looking at her
India sighed while wiping her tears that were falling down her face.
"Okay but you promise that you will be back?" India said sniffing
I looked down then looked back at her.
"I promise mama now where your brothers at right now?" I said sitting up
"Silas has been in his room sadly for the past two days now like the door has been locked since you told us" Dia said looking at me
"August has been quiet but he still comes out his room to talk a lil bit and eat then stays out here for a few with us and heads back to his room" Dia said quietly
It hurts me to see my babies like this and I would do anything to be with them right now.
"Where are they right now?" I said sighing
"August is out with grandpa now Silas being Silas now he is in his room right now" India said walking towards the stairs
Knock Knock.
"Silas! Mom is on the phone" India said loudly
Nothing.
"Slide me under the door and put me on speaker Dia" I said looking at her
That's when India placed her phone on the floor to slide under the door so Silas could hear me clearly.
"Silas baby, I understand you that feel sum type of way which you have all rights too but you need to understand that I have to do what I gotta do to make sure you guys are safe and good because I couldn't put myself through knowing that I didn't do anything to bring justice towards your father and grandmother. We lost two important people that was everything to us and I can't lose one of my babies! Your father and I have taught you guys everything that you needed in life and how to make it through these heartless streets too. I made a promise to your father before he died that I will watch and protect y'all with everything in me now that's what I'm doing right now. I love you guys deeply more than life and I will see you guys again! So please listen to your grandpa and be good for me, please?" I said crying
