Key To Lost Memories -Chapter 4- A Forgetting Festival
-----
Of course, Hiroko asked someone to fix the wall after that... fiasco. Luckily, the knives came out easily and are still in undamaged shape. He cleaned them before using them for his breakfast of course.

He's in his usual brown jacket, black tie and pants, and white blouse.

The news stated about a festival that will take place later at night. It was a fireworks festival held in the same place every year on August 27. Kate texted him to meet up at the train station
Due to the fireworks festival coming up later at night, his shift would only be half a day. If it weren't for Ren and some other man, he would have the entire day to himself...

Luckily, the contract with Kuro starts after the day of the festival... which is tomorrow.

"He was around this tall with fluffy hair..." She raised her hands and messed with her hair. They were borrowing an office near the investigation room and wanted to interview a witness who helped them with the bombs.

"Can we recruit him though...? He seems cool." The man asked. Hiroko almost flinched and continued drawing.

"I wish... Oh! And he had this handsome face and sharp Blue eyes..." The girl nodded at the man before continuing...
"And his bangs were..."

He sketched out the description of the man. The girl said the man had blue eyes, fluffy hair, and handsome, sharp features. The more he tried to sketch it accurately, the more the man looked familiar. The man was a witness for what happened in the near tall building three days ago while Hiroko was out buying bread and a tuna sandwich... luckily, there were no victims due to the bomb being deactivated and that they knew which wire to cut, which was the red one.

Kate wanted Chiyo to come with them, but she was still sick and didn't come back in the past few days... he wanted to visit her along with some of his co-workers, but she didn't want to, and she said that one of her relatives is already taking care of her and that she'll probably be back in a week or two. So, Kate didn't push it.

'I wonder how she's doing. She isn't responding to me nor Kate's texts until later on...'

"Like this?" He showed them the drawing.

"Ah! Like that! Your drawing skills are getting much better!" The girl exclaimed.

"What was his name again? Uhh, I think it was..." The boy beside her leaned onto the door. Hiroko dropped his pencil on the floor in realization. His mouth gapped as the man excitedly said the fluffy haired man's name. He could've sworn he heard a truck honk outside since the window was open once he said the name...

'You have got to be kidding me...' He knows who exactly that person in the portrait drawing is... he would've facepalmed right then and there if they still weren't in the room.

He finally went inside the room. A police officer standing outside the door as the man in front of his looked down. The light on top them swinging back and forth, gray floor and walls just cleaned, and a big window beside them as the guard outside was seen leaning on the door. Of course, the guy was none other than him...

"...Ugh. It's you, again. I feel like I'm going to get a headache..." He sighed and looked at the camera on the ceiling. The man grinned at his reaction. His mind wandered... He was craving a caramel latte right now... maybe he'll get a drink before he goes back home... he shook his head and focused on the man in front of him.

"Well, might as well exchange information while we're here..." He gave a look that shouted, "don't spout unnecessary information." It was because of the security camera... no way was he letting his co-workers know what mess he got into four days ago. If he did then both him and Ren are doomed... He finally facepalmed.
