"So... This is our old school! It's no longer used as a school for certain reasons so we converted it into a somewhat hotel! The first floor contains the gym, swimming pool, dining area, ya know, standard school stuff! My colleagues and mines rooms are on the floor above us, 2! You will all be on floor 3 and you will have a common area and a few other rooms to accompany your accomodation!" Asahina said, rather excitedly, running through the door of the building. The others were struggling to keep up.

"Thankyou very much Miss. Asahina! Me and my friends greatly appreciate your kindness!" Keade said intervening before Asahina could continue her explanation.

"No problem. Ah! SORRY GOTTA GO BUISNESS CALLS PLEASE MAKE YOURSELVES AT HOME!!" Asahina yelled running out the door quickly, staring at her wrist.

"Well... We got a place to stay now! I call that a win!" Kaito said cheerfully, with his thumb up.

"Cmon guys! We should go find our rooms and make sure we know our way around." Kaede said cheerfully, leading them all to some steps.

Himiko had to stay behind for a minute as she was struggling to catch her breath. She eventually did a little jog to catch up with the others. Atleast they wernt as fast as that Asahina.

They started off on the third floor, where their rooms were. It felt like the outsides state wasnt real when they were all racing to claim rooms and bunks. It was a sort of childish game but it was an enjoyable one. Maki and Kaede shared a room. Himiko took one for herself saying the other bunk was going to be for Tenko when she was found. Shuichi was going to share with Kaito but decided against it once he saw the state the room was already in. He wasnt the most organised of people to say the least... So Shuichi took one for himself for someone else to share with him when they were found. He felt bad for whoever is going to be stuck with Kaito.

Shuichi looked out the window, the sky was a mixture of red and black and bruised purple. It felt intimidating to look at. It made him feel small. The humid air outside wasnt helping. Maybe he should just close the curtain and see what the others were doing..

The others were exploring their floor. Their floor had separate shower and bathroom areas. Seperated by girls and boys. They also had a kitchen. Did any of them know how to cook? Well someone was going to have to learn soon if not. There was also a common area. It was accompanied by a TV but it only could play prerecorded things. Luckily, there was some variety.

"Is it only us here?" Himiko suddenly asked.

"I dont know for sure... I have been here the longest and have only really been with the future foundation during that period of time. I havent seen many other people. I have see the odd figure every few weeks or so but it's impossible to make them out due to the darkness of the area. Apparently there are others though such as the remnants of despair that the future foundation want to help get away from the 'curse' i guess you could say, Junko put on them. I'm also assuming our friends are here since we all are. We haven't found them though, probably meaning they found a sort of base to stay at for the time being." Kaede replied.

The mood suddenly seemed to turn darker.

"How about we watch something on the TV. I found a few DVDS in one of the draws in my room if we cant find anything to watch that's already prerecorded." Maki suddenly said, playing with her hair whilst ignoring everyones gazes by staring at the floor.

"Great idea Maki-Roll! I just knew you would come up with something to do!" Kaito said giving her a thumbs up. Maki simply nodded, almost as if she didnt hear what he was saying.

In the end they watched a very poorly done horror movie. Although it didnt scare the majority of them due to the cringey quality of it all, it still got Kaito screaming. If there wasnt any context to it, you would think he was dieing. The movie was even more annoying for Shuichi and Maki as they kept finding plot holes or incorrect fighting scenes, which they tried very hard to ignore but they were ultimately unsuccessful.

Once the movie finished, Kaito was paralysed so Maki had to drag him back to his room. When she came back she did not seem to impressed. Maybe it was the mess? Had Kaito already made such a mess in such a short period of time that it annoyed Maki that much? Must be a hard task to accomplish. Shuichi knew the room was a mess but he didn't think it could get so bad so quickly.

They all decided in the end to head back to their dorms. It was hard to tell the time as the sky never seemed to change but they were all sure as hell tired. Maybe if they find Gonta he can help with the time? Or maybe he is only capable of that under normal circumstances... There is no sun to be seen afterall.
