CHAPTER TEN

Nathan had come to me one day and we as usual had slept together and he had told me everything. how he hated it here and how he had known me for a long time before he and kidnapped me. he had kept an eye out on me. he also gave me news about my family and how they were coping. my mom was in hospital and most of my siblings were either on drugs or alcohol and I wished I could do something to help them but alas I was here and I needed help too.my addiction had gotten bad. I was nicknamed "Ruthless" I had become as merciless as my captors. you try so hard not to turn into someone that you end up loosing yourself and somehow turning into them without even noticing. "Allison is dead" he had told me and that was the edge for me. the last piece to drive me insane. they locked me in a dark room. Nathan often came and spoke to me. but I started wondering if it was actuallu him or conversations I had made up. I had fallen for him and I couldn't stop. how do you fall for your rapist? I was amassed up human. how could I survive but Allison die? it was so unfair. Nathan had told me they had done her like they did the other girl. hanged, hacked, cooked, ate; sold and decomposed. the same fate I was slowly spiralling into. and I think that's what kept me alive for so long, my fear of death. of dying that way. I eventually got a hold of my surroundings and started getting better...or at least faking it until I was let out and left alone. Nathan told me about all operations that were going on. the big operation was about to happen. this is where they sold girl; drugs and body parts to other countries. the trucks were ready to transport the girls to the harbour where they would take them to countries all over and the weak was thrown off ship. this was my chance.
