I know this is actually an unpopular opinion because some people think that mileven is kinda toxic, and I totally understand why, but I actually really like this ship. It's clear that Mike really does love El, and even though he can be a bit rude sometimes, he would clearly still do anything for her. And for the people who say he's really toxic and stuff, he's a 15-year-old boy with a girlfriend, okay? He's still learning, and he's still obviously trying to teach El stuff because she doesn't know all that much.
I find it adorable, Eleven changed Mike and I find them adorable together. I think Mike needs to learn to stop being a typical 15-year-old boy with a gf and start going back to how he was when 12. but overall, I find mileven super cute and I think they need to work out their issues.
