Trips to new locations are a thrilling experience for everyone. To meet new people or seeing the place's sights just make the location more memorable. What if there was a place that is just as magical? So magical that it appeared to have a life of it's own. Digimon Ghost Game! Trip Trap!

Mei had finally been discharged from the hospital. She awoken a few hours after Zilda and Aruraumon had disappeared. Hiro filled her in on what they found. He may have also boasted a bit that now Mei owe him one.

The respond he got to that was a pillow hurled to his face. The number of times that she had bailed him out of trouble and he had the nerve to get a favor out of it? Yeah no. Even the baby digimon know better and they still struggled to understand four letter words.

"How do you feel?" Shiramon asked. She was so happy that Mei was finally awake.

"I'm fine" She didn't make eye contact with Shiramon. In fact, it seem to make her upset to even talk to her.

Shiramon picked up on this. Mei seemed to still be hurt by what she had said. Her apologize must not have been heard. Well she would gladly repeat it.
"Mei, I am so sorry that I said that. I was just so mad that you were still hiding secrets from us. From me. I know how protective you are of us. Trying to know exactly what we're dealing with before letting us in the loop. I was tired of that habit of yours. There is no need to isolate yourself like that anymore. We are a part of a team now, Mei! We are all here to lean on one aother whenever a problem comes to surface. Please just trust on us on this. You can trust me with anything. You never have to keep anything from me!" Shiramon made Mei look her in the eye as she talked. Gently since she was still recovering. "I had no right to compare you to Ravemon. Those words were toxic and had no reason to have ever bern spoken. You are nothing like Ravemon. Never have been or never will be. I should never have brought up a topic that brought you such pain. I know better than that. I know it will take time for you to forgive me. That will take time. Therapy has taught me that. I can only hope that this will be the first step to allow you to forgive this digimon for that mistake"

"I accept the apology" Mei may have accept the apologize, but as Shiramon had just said. Forgiveness takes time.

Shiramon seemed content with that for now. She was willing to let time handle this.
"Maybe we should take a breather from the case? We still have alot to take in. Plus you need one after being here for four days. It could be a vacation" Ruli suggested.

Normal mentioning of taking a vacations were one of those rare cases for Mei. She always seemed to bury herself in something. If it wasn't helping them then it was tending to the babies. If not that then it was her online classes which was actually a cover for her secret identity as the Sun Novelist. Gammamon could count the number of vacations that Mei went on her entire life on his claws. Let's say that he still have claws left over.  It was harder to get her to go on one. Getting her to accept was so rare that it was as if one had beat the odds of winning the lottery.

The odds seem to have been in Ruli favor because for the first time in forever., Mei had agreed. Even if it was just a head nod.

The others looked at her in amazement. Had Mei Hoshi actually agreed to go on a vacation ?!  Without a bribe or being forced to?! If their detective friend was in the room right now with them, then they would still not believe it.

"I could use one" Mei admitted.
"Great! There is this place that is just perfect for us! It's called the "Palace of Happiness"! People who have been there give it five stars. The reviews say that everyone whose visited that place never wants to leaves. We can go there to relax for the day" Ruli already booked two rooms in the inn at the "Palace of Happiness"
