"For the hundredth time, Kim. You're again late, will you be this much late on my funeral too?" Sungwon rolled his eyes, whilst sipping on his black coffee. Apparently, Namjoon was way too late to even bring him his daily dose of black liquid.

"I apologize sincerely, Sungwonshi. It's just I-" and a big sneeze before he could say anything else. Namjoon took out the tissue from his pocket and pulled his nose.

"Caught a cold? At this point, I think you'll be dying faster that I will"

"Have you taken your medicines? Or did Mira again won against me in that too?" Namjoon chuckled awkwardly as he poked his nose again with the tissue.

"No she didn't, she wanted to but stopped herself and said 'He'll get mad at me and never come into this mansion again'" Sungwon mockingly grinned while copying the said girl's words.

"That's... that's not true, Sir. I won't do such thing" Sungwon only chuckled in reply.
Namjoon was bit embarrassed but then again he was kind of relieved to see the old man happy or at least normal.

"Here are your medicines and water. I assure you, Sungwon-nim I won't be late tomorrow " Namjoon said with a smile.
"Have you thought about what I said yesterday, Kim?"
"Uh.."

Namjoon stuttered. He knows what the older was asking about and he also was aware of his answer but as you see, this topic was still really awkward for Namjoon. Courtesy of his friends, Jin and Hoseok.

"You clearly don't remember or are you pretending to not? Which one is it?" Sungwon eventually said, sighing.
"I-I don't get why you're-"

"It's because I trust you, Namjoon-ah. You've been taking care of me since what..2 years? You've already done a lot, son. I don't know how I'll ever repay you. So I'm leaving my everything to you. I know you're worthy of it. There's no in between" Namjoon looked down, hearing his words.

It's not about money, it never was actually. Yes, Namjoon had problems paying his bills which made him a bit stressed out but he still wasn't that much obsessive over money. Right now, Namjoon felt emotions. Emotions creeping out of his body, a patient trusting him.

Trust was a strong word. It meant a lot for Namjoon. Since he doesn't easily trust nobody. Sungwon trusted him and somehow he felt like taking or even willing to take Sungwon's property would mean betray. Namjoon isn't made like that. He wasn't greedy for money.

People to love , warm emotions, inspiration is what he's actually greedy for. If people can give him that.

"I know you don't want to take this, but I want you to. I gave half to charities, children and different orphanages. It's the other half you'll have. You don't have to do anything, really. My lawyers will handle everything. Just sign some papers and it'll be it. You're like my son, Namjoon-ah. The only one I have. Please accept it, as a gift from your Appa. It'll be my last wish from you"

"Mr Kim?" Namjoon's colleague, a dentist Taemin asked as he popped his head from the door.

"Hmm? You needed something, Taemin-ah?"

"No, no there's a call for you at reception!" Namjoon frowned. Who'll be calling him from the reception?
When he reached the reception, he found the receptionist, Seungkwan holding the phone for him with an awkward smile. Namjoon immediately felt guilty.

"Hello?" Namjoon said, picking the phone.

"You're so slow, Joon. I've been literally on the phone for 3 minutes now" Seokjin's voice peered through the other line, making Namjoon wince.
