As the Cullen's minus Rosalie, raven and Bella, where all sat in the living room as the three girls where at in another room watching a TV. The others where discussing a situation that had occurred. Jacob sat in a couch seat while Esme and Carlisle sat opposite him on the couch Edward sat to the side along with Jasper, as Emmet and kaz stood leaning on the wall.
"Sam's lost the element of surprise, and he doesn't want to take you on outnumbered, so he's not gonna come at you head on. He's got the place surrounded and he'll wait for his opportunity." Jacob told everyone in the room.
"We won't get through without a fight." Emmet butted in.
"No fights." Carlisle said glancing at his son. "We won't be the ones to break the treaty." He finished looking towards Jacob.
"The treaty is void, at least in Sam's mind." Jacob told Carlisle.
"Not in ours." Esme said to Jacob.
Emmet glanced towards kaz sending him a look which basically said 'i thought you could already cross the treaty' and kaz's look back was 'yeah'.
"Carlisle, no one's hunted for weeks." Emmet butted in again.
Kaz jumped in coming of the wall. "I could go out get you some food."
There was a silence in the room after that sentence kaz knew Alice would kick his arse for even thinking it. But everyone knew they needed to feed, but they didn't know whether the wolf's where after kaz now too.
"It's to much of a risk for you." Esme shook her head at the young boy.
"Well survive, your are strongest fighter if they get you well be screwed." Edward looked up at kaz trying to reason with him. "And Alice will have your head."
"He's not apart of it." All eyes snapped to Jacob as he stared at kaz. "They said just the le-vamps but then Paul asked about kaz and Sam said no, then Jarrad asked about Alice..."
"The law." Carlisle cut in. "You can't harm another's imprint." Carlisle felt a bit of weight of his shoulders knowing now that at least two of his kids would be safe.
"You've done us a great service Jacob. Thank you." Carlisle said looking at Jacob after the beat of silence.
Jacob nodded his head getting up before leaving the house to go patrol with Leah and Seth.
"Yeah well he did kind of put us in this situation." Kaz shrugged while Jasper chuckled. "I mean he threw a tantrum because the girl he likes gets knocked up by her husband."
Carlisle and Esme shake there heads at kaz's comment while the other three boys smile slightly.

"Idiot, I have never met someone more idiotic than you!" Alice continues to smack him with a pillow up in her bedroom. She had over heard the whole conversation, and to say she was mad kaz was going to put his life on the line would be an understatement.
"I told you they won't hurt me." He says softly trying to avoid another shot from the fluffy pillow. He had told her that aswell as she had heard it. She still said no, she was not risking his life knowing the temper of the wolf's and kaz's it was bound to break into a fight if someone said something about the Cullen family Infront of kaz.
"I heard that load and clear. Now you hear this we have all said that you will not be leaving this house under any circumstances and if you do..." She paused trying to think of something. "No sex for two months until after Bella's child is here." She wafted a finger in front of his face.
"Like you could last that long." He smirked but it dropped when she walked closer to whisper on his ear.
"I have my hands." He gulped.
"You know I quite like this house it's very housey." He looked around the room trying to ignore the smirk on Alice's face as she listened to his heartbeat increase.
"I'm glad we could come to an agreement darling."

"Well this seems familiar." Kaz tilts his head to the side staring at the TV from where he was sat on the couch with Bella's head on his lap as he combed his fingers through her hair.
"If your thinking what I think your thinking." Bella grumbles as she sees kaz's big smirk as he looks down at her. She huffs as she looks back to the big TV that was playing the vampire diaries.
"I'm just saying." He shrugs, although it's cut off when he let out a whistle. "God no wonder Rosie loves this show." He says as a very shirtless stefan Salvatore could be seen.
As if the devil heard her name a blonde head of hair came Speeding into the living room sitting in the chair, staring at the TV, is was Rosalie who found the TV show and got both Bella and kaz into it.
"God he's hot." Rosalie says looking at Stefan. "Not as hot as my husband though!" She says when there was a bang from there bedroom.
"I thought you liked Damon?" Bella questions knowing the woman was loving Damon when he first showed up on screen.
"I was until he did what he did to Caroline Forbes." It was safe to say Rosalie hated Damon Salvatore, and found herself in love with the blonde Caroline Forbes.
"She is pretty." Bella says about Caroline, she wondered if these people drank some magic water growing up seeing as they look so gorgeous.
Edward stood by leaning on the side of the doorway after just storming upstairs from searching about the thing growing in Bella's stomach. Alice was downstairs with Jasper and raven trying to find a way to help ease Edwards mind. Although what they didn't know was that he needed to see this.
He watched as his wife, his soulmate laughed at something kaz said about how 'ridiculously hot Stefan Salvatore is and how he'd let the man ripper onto him' he watched as Rosalie threw her head back laughing at the comment, he watched as kaz's grin broke into chuckles of his own.
And now starting at the seen Infront of him with his wife, his sister and his new brother he could imagine it as he saw a smaller version of Bella laughing along with her family at her silly uncle, Edward knew that when this child is born kaz would take the place of favourite uncle.
He smiled for the first time since he had came back from his honeymoon with Bella, Edward Cullen had smiled
