You are one of the most trusted soldiers always helping others train or tending their wounds, and strategizing plans with gorou, Gorou is one of your closest friend.
You sat at the edge of the cliff, swinging your legs as the ocean breeze welcome you, sighing as you finally relaxed, since you can't really get to relax that often. Your mind went back to a certain person. Kazuha your lover, you first met him when gorou introduced him to you.
The day you got together was the happiest day you felt, you were happy to be his and to be in the arms 9f someone who you love. But you both don't get to see eachother that much since he is traveling with Captain Beidou. But nonetheless you two send letters quite often.
But there's a feeling that you can't get rid of whenever kazuha is near, its like your guts is trying to tell you something but you can't just place your finger on what its trying to say.
Perhaps something happened to kazuha that he is not telling you? Or a thing that's been bothering him? But you often brush thise feelings to the side whenever you see him, you just feel so happy that he's back safe and sound.
"What seems to be the problem my beloved?" A voice said behind you, startling you as you turned around to see no other than kazuha. You stood up from where you sat and ran over to him and gave him a hug.
"Kazuha! What are you doing here?" You asked, he sighed his eyes held an unknown emotion that looke at you.
"Y/n let's break up"
Yu widen your eyes at his statement as you pulled out of the hug, "Is this a joke? Kazuha you're joking right?" You said trying to stay composed.
"No, I'm not joking y/n...." he said, you looked at the ground. "Why?" You asked as you looked at him. "I don't deserve you y/n, all this time I- ... I haven't moved on from him and I when you said you liked me I thought I would move on but I- I can't do it anymore y/n I am really sorry for doing this, you deserve someone much better than me, A person who will love you for who you are, A person who would always by your side, The person who I couldn't be.... I'm really sorry y/n" He said as he left. Leaving you stunned.
"All this time he was just using you to move on from his past lover? He was just using you... he didn't really loved you... " you thought as you decided to call it a day and head to your house.
Once you arrived, you immediately went to bed not bothering to change your clothes, you couldn't believe it that kazuha aas even capable of doing this.
It has been a few days since you two broke up, and you have been training nonstop, gorou sighed at your state "y/n You should go and get some rest.." he said clearly worried. You dropped your weapon as you looked at him.
"I know, I just have been stressed lately ya'know?" You said, he nodded. "Y/n go and visit lady ayaka" he said, "what why?" You asked.
"I am giving you a break today" he said
as his tail slowly started to wag. "But-" "no buts! Now go and enjoy your break" he said as he started to push you.
