Vintage x Emperor

Such a nice day.

The breeze, rays of sunshine, beautiful fall leaves,  and all the cephalopods outside on a lovely October day. Vintage was listening to wave goodbye the latest song by the squid sisters while scrolling on his phone sitting at one of the tables in inkopolis square.

Another off the hook concert, New idol group, Another win from team blue, multiple new couples hanging around the square. None of the posts really  interests Vintage but one post  from team emperor. Five sun-yellow inkling playing around in the piles of fallen leaves. 

Vintage decided to give Emperor a call just because he was bored and wanted someone to go play league with him. Plus Omega and Red-sole went to them all for a girls day and Double egg was hanging out with his other friends. 

"Hello?" Emperor had answered the phone.

"Hey you wanna play some league with me? If your free of course," Vintage replied.

"Yeah I have some free time. I'll be there in ten,"

"Okay I'm sitting by crusty Sean's just so you know," Vintage said as he hung up.

Emperor hung up and was currently getting ready to meet up with Vintage. He grabbed his dualies and grabbed a sweater then headed out.

Ten minutes later Vintage was greeted by Emperor. They headed to deca tower and got ready for a match. 

《•Time skip•》

Emperor and Vintage currently had a winning streak of 13  and are currently playing at Mako mart with the mode rainmaker.  They're ink color was currently orange with the other team being purple. Vintage and Emperor 's teammates were currently using a Kensa charger and Googla dualies. The other team had the ink color of purple . The other teams weapons were an  Eliter 3k scope, a h-3 nozzelnoze,  a clash blaster, and an inkbrush.

The score was currently 46 to 27 with Emperor an Vintage's team in the lead. Vintage was currently carrying the Rainmaker. The Kensa charger was currently attempting to the inkbrushs, while the googla dualies was splatted.  The Eliter was currently trying to splat Vintage. The Eliter was gonna shoot Vintage. Until-

"Hey thoose two look fami- VINTAGE WATCH OUT!" Emperor yelled as he took Vintage's place.

Usually a charger shot could shoot though to people, but Vintage with his quick reaction time was able to dodge the shot. Emperor was left splatted and went back to the spawn point. 

"Hm they do look familiar," Vintage said as he continued to bring the rainmaker to the goal.

Eventually Vintage made it to the podium and k.Oed the other team. Emperor and Vintage decided that would be their last game and decided to take a walk ik the park. The weather got slightly colder then earlier but luckily Emperor brought an extra sweater to put over his black t-shirt.

They passed by a couple familiar people but they didn't really want to start a conversation with them. They both just wanted some time away. Most of the time they would chat about the recent news and point out familiar faces. They passed by a food stand and decided to get some apple crisp and caramel apples.  They sat at a bench in a little are near an open grassy feild. The cold winds always felt nice. The falling leaves would fall on one another. 

"This is so nice , we should do it more often," Emperor said.

"Yeah it's a good way to get a break from my teammates," the other inkling replied.

They both sighed as the took in the quite aura around him. It was nice not having chaos strike once every hour. Vintage got a text from Omega.

[Omega: hey Me and Red-sole just got done shopping and Double egg is currently with us too. Where r u?

[Vintage: I'm in the park. I'll find you guys in a bit

[Omega: alright see you in a bit

"Hey Emperor my teammates might come over here so I might have to leave soon," Vintage stated as he stood up.

"Alright," Emperor replied.

They both paused for a second causing some awkward tension between the two. Emperor decide to speak up.

"Hey if you ever wanna do this again you can come over on Saturday around 8 to stargaze," Emperor said.

"I'll consider it" Vintage replied slowly walking away.

"Oh and before you go"

"Hm?"

Emperor grabbed Vintage's hand and left a loving kiss on his wrist leaving the other one surprised. 

"Sooo, see you Saturday?" Emperor asked.

"...sure," the other one said in still in shock from the kiss.

"Hey skull are you okay?"

"Yeah I'm fine Aviators, Just...thinking about him"

"It's been a while skull, it's about time you let go."

"Yeah your right, I'm just glad he found someone who made him happy."

"Hey let's go get some ice cream"

"Sure."
