Forge x Reader

       Snowflakes melted on your clothes as you stood outside in the winter scenery. Currently you were waiting for your lover, Forge. You decided to get ready a little faster just so you would finnaly arrive on time. You might of been a little early but at least you weren't late. The freezing winds were chilly so you were hoping she came soon so you wouldn't end up as a frozen cephalopod.

"Hello y/n," Forge greeted you.  She had arrived just on time, like always. 

"Hey!" You replied happily.

"Are you ready to go? I was thinking about getting a drink before we start. Plus you seemed cold," She said.

"Yeah! I wanted to get some hot chocolate anyways," You told her.

      You guys decided to stop at one of the coffee shops before doing what the two of you had planned that day. The shop was warm and was beautifully decorated. It seemed to be cat themed. You ordered some hot chocolate while Forge decided to get some lemon tea.  

     After ordering and getting your tea, You and Forge had planned to go shopping. With the holidays coming up you thought this would be helpful for the two of you. Walking with  Forge was always nice. You two would talk forever and the hot drinks would warm up your hands. Even in the cold weather you always felt warm in Forge's aura. 

      The two if you stopped at multiple stores getting sidetracked here and there. You dod make sure the both of you bought some presents for your friends. You knew what all your teammates wanted. Right now you had to find something for your best friend and for Forge. Your first idea was to stop at a flower shop. Maybe you would find something for you friend cause you knew they really liked plants. 

    'Flowers make a good gift for a partner, right?' You thought trying to find something for your lover. 

    "Y/n," Forge said as you turned around slightly frightened from the action. She had handed you a single white red rose. 

"It reminded me of you.." She said.

"Thank you! I love it," You said placing it behind your ear for decoration.

    After a while you found a succulent for your best friend and yet haven't found anything for Forge. Plus, you were getting colder by the minute. You might have to shop for your lover on a different day. You stated shivering as the snowflakes started falling from the gray sky. Forge had noticed this and offered you a hand to hold. You gladly took it.tou hand started to warm up from her touch. 

"Hey, wanna head over to my place for a bit? It's a lot warmer and you seemed cold," Forge offerd. You nodded and the two of you headed to her place. 

-Time skip-

    After a little bit of walking you entered the house team orange had shared. Feeling a lot warmer, you took of your shoes and winter jacket.

"B Forge us back!" An inkling you assumed to be Sailor-w yelled.

"Oh hey Forge oh and hello y/n! Didn't see ya there," Sailor blue greeted you.

    They welcomed you in to their house. You sat down on the couch while listening to the conversation the other three were having.

"Hey what's in the bags"

"None of you concern blue, anyways where's captain?"

"Oh he said he had things to attend to,"

    You stop listening and decided to lay on their couch. You knew it was rude but you couldn't help yourself. Walking around for a while is tiring. You took the flower benid your ear out and gazed at it zoning out. Forge was such a sweet inkling of course you needed to find something for her. You were still zoned out thinking about her and possibly questioning life choices, until you toned in to the other threes conversation once again. 

"Why don't you guys get some tea ready for us," Forge suggested.

    The other two nodded and decide to make some tea. Forge walked toward where you were laying as you sat up to give her some space on the couch. The two of you sat in silence for a little while until Forge had asked you about your turf life. Eventually Sailor W and Sailor B came with hot tea and joined in your conversation.

    It was getting late and it was about time you got home before someone would call you repeatedly asking where you were. Forge walked you to the doorway. You put on your winter gear knowing it was gonna be cold once you walked out. 

"Oh and y/n before you go I have a gift for you," Forge stated.

"Aw that's sweet but you know I don't have anything for you-"

    She leaned in placing her soft lips on yours. Her hand was place gently under your chin pulling you in for a passionate kiss.  Then you guys pulled away from the kiss. You looked at her, this all felt like a dream she was one of the most prettiest girls you've ever seen. 

"See you later y/n"

"See you Forge!" 

"Bye!"

"Bye!!" You yelled while waving goodbye on the sidewalk.

-bonus-

    Y/n was running down the sidewalk passing by a familiar inkling.

"Hey Army!" Y/n called out.

"Hello y/n, I suggest you get home soon it's just gonna get colder,"He said

"Same goes to you!!" Y/n said running back down the sidewalk almost tripping in the process.

    Forge was standing on the doorway watching y/n walk down the streets while Army walked up the steps.

"Forge stop gazing at your lover and go inside before you get sick like last time"

"Don't remind me, anyways where were you today?" 

"At an S4 meeting"

"Like that takes all day"

    The two orange cephalopods walked towards the the living room area where the two sailors where chatting. 

"Oh there you are Army! Me and White were third wheeling Forge and y/n!" Sailor B said followed by a giggle from Sailor W and a flustered Forge.

Yay I finished before Christmas!!

Does this count as a holiday oneshot? Probably.

Anyways, I hope you have a perry Christmas!

And happy holidays to thoose who don't celebrate Christmas!

I hope you spend it with people you love and I f you don't have anyone well you have me now.
