Always found Hoot Loop cool.
Design: He's cute, he's an owl, I love owls. Except he's a magical owl, which makes it even better! 9/10
Moveset: Very good fire rate for his ranged wand attack, kinda like Drobot. Then he can teleport away, so he can dodge. Then he can hypnotize enemies to sleep so they cannot hurt him. 10/10
