Wind-Up is a forgotten Skylander, but he is very good, and I will not forget him.
Design: It's just meh. I mean he's cute I guess, but not much else. 6/10
Moveset: Where he truly shines! He has the wind up attack, charging him up, then he has his main attack, you can hit enemies at super speed, while circling around them, they can't hit you. I forget his last move though... 10/10
