Same as my rating SSA and Giants characters, except now it's Swap Force characters. I rate each Skylander on a scale of 1-10 based on moveset and design.
He's funny as hell. My brother and I used to pretend he was some crazy drunk guy whenever we played Skylanders for some reason, and um here's the weird part: The way his figure's hand sticks up is perfect to pretend to grope other Skylanders, yeah we used to do that when we played Skylanders (With the figures, not the game), and yeah... So he's very memorable for us...

Design: He looks awesome lol. He's a fat bear with a pony tail, and a magic wand. Like c'mon he even has a cape! 9/10
Moveset: His moveset is hella underrated (Mainly because he's very overshadowed by Bumble Blast.). But he can fire birds from his magical staff, summon wolves to help him fight, and ride a crazy boar, knocking any enemies too close back. 10/10
