Same as my rating SSA and Giants characters, except now it's Swap Force characters. I rate each Skylander on a scale of 1-10 based on moveset and design.
I don't use him much, but when I do I use him for awhile, he's pretty good.
Design: I like his figure and art above. However in-game he looks ewwww. Like the one below is his in-game look. He looks horrid. His teeth, that underbite! Ugh. 6/10 the in-game just ruins it all

Moveset: Why I like him. He has his swordfish, then his hammerhead shark sword thing, both are good and strong, then he can toss them, so he has ranged there too. Then he can slam this giant orca onto the ground, doing very good damage, though the recharge is looooong lol. 8/10
7/10 overall (I'm sorry Riptide, you're awesome, but that look in-game has ruined you.)
