Free Ranger is amazing! Nobody ever talks about him!
Design: Awesome, he's a storm bird with a tornado, very cool lol. 10/10
Moveset: A lot of people HATE his moveset, but I think it's AWESOME. He has his blade attacks, which sends of air energy when used so it doesn't have to be an up-close attack, he has his tornado spin ability, which is meh. Then he has his lightning bolt shot attack, very strong. 9/10
