Haerin's POV

They already went home and now I'm alone again. Honestly, being with them is different. They gave me so much comforts, it's also a happiness that I don't want to put in an end.

" Haerin. " Mom called out, peeking outside my room as I let her enters.

" Haerin sweetie, I know how much you love staying here, especially when you finally found your friends. " I faced her completely this time, was confused of what she's saying.

" But my daughter, you needed to say goodbye to them as soon as possible. "

I was taken aback.

" W-what are you saying, mom? "

" In the Christmas day, we will go back to Canada and we'll lived there permanently. "

I don't know what to feel but I just swallowed the lump on my throat at this moment, no. IT'S TOTALLY NO.

I felt my hands clenching, as my tears started forming in the corner of my eyes.

I can't leave them and I won't!

" No.. I-i don't want to leave them. "

" I'm sorry, I already arranged our passports last week. "

" Mom, I don't want to go with you! "

" I bought that house last month.. "

" And you didn't even ask if it's okay with me?! so that's why you allowed me to be with them all this time?! " No, I won't leave them.

" You're the one who keeps telling me that I had no one! I'm always alone! and now, you were simply taking them away from me again?! "

And..my hype girl, no. I won't leave her. I wouldn't leave her.

" I'm sorry. You know that I made these decisions for your own goods. "

" But I'm done! that's your excuses when you're always making decisions without asking me first! " I paused, wiping the tears on my cheeks once again.

" You know what?! I'd rather to be an orphan like Danielle! than living this shit life who brings me nothing but sadness! "

I walked out and didn't look back, I went outside and took my bike.

While riding the bike, my tears won't stop rolling down in my cheeks, I wiped it away using the tip of my sweater. My sight getting blurry though, I don't really care if people sees me sobbing like this. I'm tired.

I don't have no one to run tonight, Minji probably sleeping already.

And Danielle?

Would she even reply if I message her right at this moment? She must have been tired.

I went to our town again, no one will ever cared about me being all alone traveling this huge city? except for my hype girl, she will do cared about me more than my own mother.

She will do cared about my feelings right now, she will comfort me and I know that. If only she was here, I'd hug her really tight forever. I needed the warmth of her comfort, she brings me peace.

But why does my hands finding its way to Danielle's contact and not to my hype girl?

That's what my heart wanted me to do is to followed what it says, so I immediately slid to Danielle's contact and was about to message her.

" Haerin. "

I stops from typing as I heard a familiar voice behind me.

I turned around and that's when my tears started rolling down on my cheeks again.

I don't have any choices anymore but to stood up despite of how weak my knees are.

Every steps I was taking is was like running away from this miserable state as I ran to her arms eventually.

I cried to her shoulder, letting it all out to her as I felt her hands caressing my back. Figuring out that she's embracing me back too. With my teeth gritted while shutting my eyes of pain, I heard her comforting voice.

" It's alright, leaned on me. I'm willing to be your crying shoulder, Haerin. "

I tightened my embrace more, not letting her go.

" D-danielle.. "

She just hummed as a response as she broke the hug for a while and looked into my swollen eyes.

She held my cheeks and stared right into my soul.

" I listened. I knew everything. Okay? I'm always here. "

" You knew? "

She nodded.

" I forgot my hair tie on your house and was about to get it from you but I heard you screaming.. and crying. "

Another tears rolled down on my cheeks again.

" I-i'm sorry if I unintentionally eavesdrop. "

" No it's fine.. "

" So, you will be leaving on the Christmas Day? " I don't know what to say, how to explain it to her, she already knew everything though.

" How can I say no? she never considered my side. " I replied.

" And aside, my hype girl. I still have to see my hype girl. " I said, I don't have any time to hide my hype girl from her anymore.

" Your hype girl? " She asked, eyes were confused.

" Yup, I'm courting her. "

She reaches out for my hands of the reason that I don't know why.

" Were you really that curious of your hype girl? " She asked, caressing my hands.

" I wanna meet her, Danielle. Why? do you know her? "

She just gave me that sweet smile.

" She's the luckiest girl on this earth, Haerin. "

" Well, you're not hard to loved. " She added, as I stared at her and she's still looking at my hands.

" That's why she's lucky. "

She wiped my tears away, giving me an endearing smile as she tug the strand of hair in my ear.

" Do you wanna meet her on Christmas Day? "

Of course, I nodded slowly.

" I'll tell her, don't worry. " I felt my world stops, was she serious?

" Huh? "

" Silly, I know your hype girl and I will tell her to meet you on the Christmas Day before you get to leave us. " All I saw is the bitter smile on her mouth.

" Why didn't you tell me? " I asked.

" You never tell me, Haerin. Now, I promise you will meet her on the Christmas Day. Alright? "

A wide smile flashes on my lips, Danielle is really my savior.

" Stop crying, you want an ice cream again? "
We stared at each other's eyes and laughed together.

" Come on!! your nose is so red! " She teased while smiling as she reaches for my hand and dragged me to an ice cream store.
