chapter 22: co-parenting

Liam POV

Today I asked Mia to see her since Amir told me that she's been leaving with them while she was pregnant and that makes me wonder who's baby that,?.
I was now at the restaurant waiting for Mia to come. And she finally came she even gained weight.
"Hey" she said taking a sit
"Hi" I said
"Uhm I called you here because I want clarity" I said
"Clarity about what? She asked
"Well uhm ..uhm amir told me that you've been living with them whiles you were pregnant and that makes wonder if I am the father" I said
"Oh he's correct I've been living with them and yes you are the father" she said
"So if I am really the father why did you disappear with my baby?" I asked
"Well I had to disappear because I was threatened, so I just disappeared for the sake of my baby" she said
"Who threatened you?"I asked curious
"Your fiance" she said and I didn't believe her
"This is not a sick joke right" I said "or this is one of your plans to break us apart since you and Kian don't get along", I said
"Look Liam I don't expect anyone to believe me only I had face what happened that night, I think we done here"she said "oh before I leave, you and I will co parent, the only time we'll talk it'll about the the child we have together and she's Mian Jinsui also she's 5 months old now bye"she stood up and left and damn he ass was even more thick
I don't believe that Kian would do something like that so I'm going to let it slide.

GIA POV

Since Mia was coming to New York City for good I've decided to be her support system. Now I was at Jay and I's apartment with Charlotte and Tali. We were waiting for Mia to come over and discuss our living arrangements. She finally came and we were talking
"So Mia can you come and stay with Jay and I when you move down here" I said
"Oh about that I've already bought a house and the only thing I have to do is move down here." She said
"Oh that's great but do you have money" Charlotte asked
"Oh my friends we have to catch up for real, uhm actually I have 3 boutique shops that I own and I'm thinking of opening one here" she said
"Oh my gosh finally your dream came true" I said we hugged her
"So how did your meeting with baby daddy go?" Tali asked
"Pheww I explained everything to him and he doesn't believe that Kian is the reason why I disappeared, he said I was trying to break them apart" Mia said
"I told him we'll coparent" she continued
"That's low coming from Liam I mean after everything he put you through and you even gave him a chance to be a dad" I said and shrugged
We decided to just spend the rest of the day at my place.
