chapter 24: dinner party

Gia POV

We were at Mia's beautiful house preparing ourselves for dinner at Liam's house since his fiance is hosting and it seems like she's starting to be a problem because she said we should something with a touch of pink.
"Mia are you taking Mian with us to the dinner" I asked
"Nope I asked Liam to take her to his mom's house for a sleepover and I'll go fetch her tomorrow, to be honest I don't want my baby to go anywhere near Liam's house if Kian's around who knows what she might do to her" she said
"I totally agree with you, but what Liam wants the night with her" Charlotte asked
"It'd be better they sleep at his mom's house or come here I have guest rooms" Mia said
"What if you and Liam end up in the same bed lmao" Tali said
"I know for sure that'll never happen, after my meeting with Liam I don't think him and will end up in the same room again, he proved to me that he never loved me by completely moving on in a short space of time". She said looking sad and the door bell rang

"Hey" Liam said
"Hy" we said as Charlotte, Tali and I left

Liam POV

I just got to Mia's and found the girls at the lounge doing makeup I guess they coming to dinner. I honestly think Kian's doing too much now with these theme thingy but she's doing it on purpose to show the girls her lifestyle because she gets a new pair of outfit almost everyday.

Mia came down with Mian and her diaper bag. I noticed that Mia was done with her makeup but she wasn't wearing pink clothes or anything with a touch of it.
"Thanks" she said as I took the diaper bag from her
"Cool, are you not coming to the dinner"I asked
"Please tell your mom to warm her milk first because she doesn't like cold milk" she said ignoring my question while putting Mian in her car seat
"You not coming are you?" I asked again hoping she would answer me
" Bye baby I'll miss you" she said kissing Mian and went back inside her house without answering me

I was now at my mom's house talking to her
"Mia said she loves warm milk"I said
"As she should you also loved warm milk"my mom said
"Really?" I asked
"Yes, but how's her mother ?" She asked
"I think she's angry at me because I chose Kian's side over hers" I said and explained what Mia told me
"I would also be angry too" she said
"Well I don't think Kian would do that but mom I'll see you later" I kissed her and mian's cheeks

I made it back to my house and found everyone there even Mia and her friends
