𝕳𝖊 was completely screwed.

He knew this couldn't work. With his legs and strength, he was a dead man crawling.

"I'll go look at the survivors you guys stay put"
Said Jason, he was part of the student council in such moments he was still showing his leadership.  As he attended to the rest of the students choisan could feel a cold stare on his neck.

It was Riki who was glaring. Noticing he was caught he looked worriedly and reached for his wounded head. Choisan would've caught his arm but it wasn't like the original host.

So he smacked them.

Riki hissed holding his hand. They were red but the most pain came from his heart. "Let me treat your wound. Stop being so hard headed"

"They need it more than me" Tai Pointed to his classmates that were brutally injured others at the brink of death.

"But you're what I'm worried about"

"Then don't"

There was nothing he could do to help him. He'd be crippled for the entirety of the film. That is if there's nothing he can do about it.

"Hey, useless dictionary "

"....."

"I know you can hear me"

"Perhaps...am I being summoned?"

"If not you then who?"

"Does having infinite luck bring terrible personality or is it only you?"

"Unless there's someone with greater luck then yes to both."

"........."

Mask's face was silenced. The first he had been in thousand years.

"What do you want? I'm sure I wasn't summoned just to banter"

"I need cheats for my health"

"So you know it's a cheat but still ask"

"I ask because I know there's a way"

"Touché. But no. I picked the most unlucky host because that was the best way to cancel that infinite luck of yours at moderation."

"This isn't fair. It would've worked if my host could actually walk and function like a human being but at this point do I even have a chance at life? I demand a better deal"

"Suck it up butter cup"

"You know I'm only gonna die in two weeks if this continues. Are the heavens so injustice?"

Mask's face remained silent for a few moments. Choisan had thought for a second he'd failed to convince him.

"To give you a chance I'll work something for you. Tell you what, I'll have your leg healed"

He was starting to think the dictionary wasn't all that bad when the devil added a word that wiped all the goodness he had in his heart for them.

"Gradually, I can't have you OCC and allow for the rest of the characters to grow suspicious"

"Can't you just alter their perception?"

"This is not that kind of world. These are not your typical NPCs you should be very careful around them. If they become self aware about you, you might be wiped out of the world."

"Which means..?"

"Imminent death."

The deal meant his legs would gradually heal over time. With or without medical attention.
