It would've been ideal if Riki was a reincarnation. A person who has remembered multiple loops. But from the way horror genres go he can almost predict the ending.

As the night settled the bleak of the moment followed. Snores echoed the small tent of students. Tai kept his eyes open, iris looking to the ceiling as his mind kept him awake.

Within the silent night he wasn't the only one with insomnia. Like the many night they had spend in the past many students remains awake in the waking of the present future. Whether happiness lied at the tunnel their heart lies at their sleeve as the fear of the unknown lessened in groups than alone.

A feet hit at the soil as the grass damped in the earth. A hasty figure ran down the hill. His clothes dirtied from the many falls he had taken. Missing a nearby rock Tai fell once again. The apphrension behind him heightened. It was as if something horrible would happen if he were to continue this journey.

His feet wobbled from the ground. He had to run.
He must run. He had no choice. He must survive.
But at last. Like reality goes. He was caught.

His hair pulled by the scalp as he was reeled back into the cabin. It was the same old story but this time things were different. The person holding him had a face that he couldn't see. It was a tall buff man with an axe. Instead of the beast looking monster it looked like a human as it dragged him inside a room.

The doors shut locked. His energy gone from him as he lay exhausted on the floor. He didn't get much rest as the door was unlocked once again. His body instinctively quivered. The figure walked into the cabin. Their boots dirting the old wood.

Weight heightened on his throat as he was choked. The blurry figure grinned. Behind their dark eyes was the image of a crazed being.

Before he passed out an axe was taken out. The blades pieced through his skull. It took three consecutive cuts to completely lose his soul.

Tai woke up with a startle. Hands on his chest as he heaved. It was might time. Everyone was asleep. He couldn't remember when he had fallen asleep after looking at the ceiling. The nightmare left him with sweat dripping his face. Shocked from the experience he didn't feel the hands touching on his back.

"Bad dream?"

The voice of Riki startled him. The man looked at him with concern as he held him by the shoulder.

"What happened, you're soaked"

The man took a bucket mixing water with clot as he wiped the sweat from his face. Tai remained silent as he was groomed. An unknown part of his soul finding this moment endearing.

Unknown to them a third eye was watching their actions.

It took several days but the camp split up. The first group left as they usually do. But this time one person stayed.

Tai was surprised to see Neo stay. Things were silently different. The story has taken a different course. In the other loops such occur have happen but it never changed the original plot. But this was special. Because Neo was the only character in all loops that never had a slight change. The difference was new.

"Dam why'd the guy stay. Thought his ass was gonna leave for good"

Said Ryan. Neo grinned and ignored him. Which seemed to have pissed him more.

"Neo you're here to stay?"
Asked Josh. As the class president he was writing down names of students present and no longer in the camp to rationalize food.

"Mmhm"

The guy replied. His eyes looking at Tai. Riki stood in front blocking the view.

"Since it's come to this I suggest we build more of the tent and the environment to prepare ourselves for whatever happens. Unless you're the sick no one gets free pass . Are you willing to accept this ordeal?"
