My Hero Academia Reimagined Redux-Season 2

Chapter 2-9: Finals

  Shoto-
  I woke up in the morning, and Sero and I went on our run and workout, had breakfast and grabbed tea. I told him about Jade. "Oh yeah? Sounds like you're finally ready." Sero said, and I playfully shoved him.
  "I was just scared, and I'm not scared anymore. I'm gonna tell her and I'm gonna ask her out." I said.
  "Well, my best to you dude. You both deserve happiness." Sero said.
  "Thanks." I said.
  He nodded, and we headed home to shower and get ready for school.

  Jade-
  I woke up in the morning and put on my hero outfit because that's what Mr. Aizawa said to wear for the practical. He also told us where to meet. We all stood outside the place. "Welcome to finals kiddos, since there is an odd number of people in your class one group will have a group of three." Midnight said.
  "Mr. Aizawa took the time to pair you up based on your strengths and weaknesses and put you against a teacher." Principal Nezu said.
  "Huh?" We all asked.
  "I was not told we were going against actual pros!!!" Kaminari shouted.
  "The final exam changes yearly. This year since your specific class has had many encounters with villains we thought this would better prepare you." Principal Nezu said.
  "It was last minute, but it'll be good. Besides, us teachers will be wearing weights around our wrists to give you kids a leg up." Mr. Aizawa said.
  "Indeed!" All Might exclaimed.
  "We pulled another pro hero in. Endeavor." Midnight said.
  "Dad!?" Shoto asked.
  "DAD!?" The class shouted.
  "Hey kiddo." Enji said.
  "Oh...please tell me this isn't happening." Shoto said, gripping his forehead.
  "Your dad is the number two pro hero Endeavor?" Midoriya asked.
  "Yeah." Shoto said, and I chuckled.
  "I'm a huge fan!!" Midoriya said.
  "Nice to meet you too kid." Enji said, shaking his hand and then putting on weights.
  "He agreed to help us out since we were short a teacher." Principal Nezu said.
  "Alright!" They all cheered.
  "Here are the teams: Kirishima and Sero you'll be facing Vlad. Sato and Ashido will be facing Principal Nezu. Tokoyami and Tsu will be facing Ectoplasam. Jiro and Koda you'll be facing Present Mic. Mineta and Kaminari you'll be facing Midnight. Uraraka and Aoyama you'll be facing Thirteen. Ojiro and Iida you'll be facing Power Loader. Shoji and Hagakure you'll be facing Snipe. Midoriya, Todoroki, and Bakugo, you will be facing All Might. Alex and Daeva will face Cementoss. Shinso and Bri you will face Endeavor. Jade and Momo you'll be facing me." Mr. Aizawa said.
  "You'll have two options. You can either escape through the gate, or put these cuffs on the teacher. Either way is acceptable. The only way you fail is if you do neither." Principal Nezu said.
  "Easy enough." Kaminari said.
  "Capturing gets us more points right?" Bakugo asked.
  "I can't say." Principal Nezu said.
  We all went into the watch room. I saw TC and Recovery Girl. "We're on stand-by with healing Quirks and bandages." Recovery Girl said.
  "I can't believe the two of us ended up facing Mr. Aizawa." Momo said.
  "Oh come on, it won't be that bad. I mean it won't be easy, but the two of us can do it!" I exclaimed, stealing Kirishima's pose.
  "Yeah!" Momo exclaimed.
  I had noticed that Momo lost a bit of her confidence after the Sports Festival, so my only goal today was to help her get that confidence back cause she's actually amazing. She just needed to know it. Mr. Aizawa glanced at me and I nodded, letting him know that I knew why we got paired up.
  "It's so weird, why not pair you and Todoroki up agaisnt Endeavor?" Iida said.
  I smiled. "It's a little complicated, but I'll let you figure that out on your own Iida." I said, smiling at Iida and winking.
  "I guess so." Iida said, and I winked and gave him a thumbs up, chuckling a bit.
  "Looks like Sero and Kirishima are up, their Quirks definitely compliment each other. This should be a good match." Kaminari said.
  "Yeah, it'll be good." I said.
  The matches went on and we all watched, some matches went well and others not so much. Sero and Kirishima managed to win their match and they captured Vlad, passing the exam. "Momo, Jade...get ready." All Might said.
  "Right." We both said, in sync.
  We got dropped into our battle zone and began to walk.
