More than Friends

Chapter 10

M: ok I know you guys have so many questions but let me explain...

J: *sighs* ok let's hear it 

M: so Jazmine is or was my older sister and she has always been a questionable person. So when she was 18 she had adopted a child she was only a year older than me but anyways, she had the child in her custody at 18 and she was really into weird science experiments and believed so much nonsense and when she adopted Corbyn  she was going to do something really bad to him. So I took him away from her. If I didn't know about what she was going to do to him Corbyn wouldn't be here today. So I took care of him all these years and in reality he isn't older than me, he's actually 17 (my math is probably really bad but come on I am not gonna do math here and if it's still confusing then idk what to tell you). I had to change his name, age, date of birth, and other things about him so Jazmine wouldn't find him. And she was so mad at me because I saved his life which brings us to now. And if I'm being honest none of us are safe for all we know Jazmine could have people after us.

D: wow i-I didn't know 

Ja: none of us did 

J: so Corbyn is really you're nephew?

M: yes 

J: how come you didn't tell us before

M: I honestly don't know I thought it wouldn't really affect our lives 

Z: Corbyn? You ok?

C: yea I'm good it's just that I also feel bad

M: for what 

C: I never told either of them and you guys are like brothers to me and I didn't say anything 

J: well we know now thank you for telling us 

Ja: wait so if Maya and Zach get married would that make Zach Corbyn's uncle?

D: i never even thought of that! 

C: yea it would 

M: well it's been a long stressful day I think we should get to sleep 

J: yea gnight guys we'll see you tomorrow 

Everyone: gnight 

Everyone goes to their rooms and Maya and Zach go to her room. They both change into their pajamas and get into bed. They were talking and they fell asleep cuddling. At around midnight Maya wakes up scared...thinking that the boys were gone once again. She couldn't help it, she cried and let it out. She tried her best to be quiet but since Zach is a light sleeper he woke up and turned the lamp on.

Z: Maya? Are you ok? What's wrong? 

M: oh um I-I'm sorry Zach I didn't mean to be so loud go back to sleep 

Z: Maya whats wrong why are you crying 

M: I just feel so bad about everything about not telling you guys about my sister, about Corbyn, about what she caused in my life

Z: oh Maya it's ok it's not you're fault. 

He grabs her and hugs her tightly and he tells her

Z: it's ok Maya let it out I'm right here with you 

After a few minutes Maya pulled herself together and fell asleep in Zach's arms. Everyone woke up and then the boys went to go wake up Maya but this time with love and care. 

Z: baby wake up

D: Maya get up come on we wanna have funnn

Ja: please you're the fun one here!

J: rude 

C: oh come one Jonah calm down you're fun too but not as fun as Maya

M: awwww how sweet ok I'm up 

Z: morning baby! *he kisses maya and she kisses back* 

C: ewww gross get a room 

D: chill out Bean

M: what's the plan for today?

J: well we wanted to just chill out at home 

D: oh and i invited Gianna!

M: are you finally gonna ask her to go on a date or are you gonna keep acting as if you guys have nothing for each other?

D: i want to but idk if she likes me back 

M: are you kidding me Dani! She does your all she talks about! You need to ask her! Actually I have an idea 

D: what is it 

M:...........
