Let me be honest,
So honest and true,
There's one reason you like me,
And a thousand for you.
We like how my ribs look,
And the knobs of my spine,
We barely like my smile,
Or the thoughts in my mind.
My thighs barely touch,
My wrist pencil thin,
And we've been ignoring the gray of my skin.
My hipbones are showing,
In all of my jeans,
But so are my cheekbones,
Yeah, I don't feel pristine.
You wanted me gone,
So gone and so dead,
But leave me a letter,
Sign it 'Your friend ED'
And let me be honest,
So honest and true
There's one reason you like me
And a thousand for you.
