Chapter 6

Naomi POV

Today is the day I have dinner at the Uchihas. I'm a little nervous cause I've never been to the Uchiha compound before. Even in the past, I have never seen the compound so this makes me excited and nervous at the same time to see Sasuke and Itachi's home.

Anyway right now it's the weekends so I am going to be training at my usual spot. Although it will be a little boring for me cause Shisui won't be there. He went on a two weeks mission. But I still continue my training because I want to be more stronger than my past self so that I can save and protect my loved ones.

Right now I just finished cooking some lunch for me to eat on my break time. I made some ramen 🍜, bento 🍱, homemade dango 🍡 and onigiri 🍙. You might think it's too much but hey I'm a growing young lady, I have to eat and I have a big appetite. I pack my lunch and went to clean myself before going to my training spot.

While I was going to my usual spot, someone called me, "Naomi, wait up." I turn around and saw Itachi. "Ohh Itachi, what are you doing here?" I ask him. "I wanted to spar with you today. If you don't mind that is." He said. "Sure I don't mind, let's go then." We both then start to walk together and since it was silent, I thought of engaging a conversation with Itachi. "So how is you training going? Have you learn a new jutsu?" He then reply, "My training has improved and yes I have learn new jutsus from otou san."

We then arrive at our destination and start stretching first before we start begin our training. We spar until afternoon before my stomach grumble indicating that it's lunch time. "It's seems that your hungry, let's stop and take a lunch break then." Itachi said. I smile at him and reply, "Great, btw did you bring any lunch with you?"."No not really....." He said. "Then how about you share with me. I made plenty." He looked like he is hesitating so I reassured him by saying, "No need to hesitate, I don't mind really. Besides I made my homemade dango 🍡." He then perk up at the mention of his favorite food. I giggle at him before he and I sit down. I open my lunch box and gave Itachi some chopsticks 🥢. We then start to dig in. After eating, we continue our training until dawn.

"Naomi, it's almost dawn, I think we should stop for today so you can get ready to come to my house." Itachi said. "Okay then, I'll see you then." I say. I then quickly went home to take a shower. I then wear something appropriate because I don't want to have a first bad impression. I then tie my hair in braids.

I arrive at the front of the main household. 'I'm so nervous. I already met Sasuke's mom, but I haven't meet his father. Calm down Naomi, don't be like this. Just be yourself and everything will be fine." I thought to myself. I then took deep breaths before knocking on the door. I hear footsteps coming towards the door and the door open revealing Sasuke. "Ohh hello Naomi nee-san, you came just in time. You look so beautiful Naomi nee-san. Come on in." said Sasuke while smiling at me. I smile back at him and enter the household. 'Oh if only I could take a video of young Sasuke. I would surely use it to blackmail past Sasuke.' I think to myself. I then enter the dining table and see the whole Uchiha family there. "Good evening Mr. Uchiha and aunty. I thank you for inviting me with tonights dinner." I said. "Such a polite young lady you are Naomi-chan. No need to thank us. It is our pleasure to have you here." Aunty said. "Ohh my where are my manners, please. Take a seat beside me." Aunty says again. I then hesitate before sitting down next to Aunty. We all then began to eat. 'Omg, this is so delicious and scrumptious 😋. I am so jealous of Sasuke and Itachi. They get to eat this heavenly food everyday.' I think to myself. While I was busy with my thoughts, Sasuke's father interrupted me, "So, I hear you are my son's friend. What is your name?" I swallow my food before saying, "My name is Uzikaze Naomi, and yes I am a friend of Itachis. I sometimes train with him too Mr. Uchiha." He then look at me and say, "Just call me Uncle kid, I'm glad to know that Itachi has been training with you and that you're not one of his fangirls. If you don't mind, I like to see your skills whenever you and Itachi might train together." "Umm, sure. I don't mind." I said. Uncle then nodded his head and we continue to eat. I then notice Sasuke staring at me. So I ask him, "Is something wrong Sasuke? Do I have something on my face?" He then shake his head and reply, "No, there's nothing on your face Naomi nee-san. I was just wondering something....." I raise my eyebrow and ask, "What is it? If you have any question just ask me. I don't mind." "It's just, I was wondering if you are dobes sister... You and dobe look like siblings." I wasn't expecting that, but then again. I haven't change my appearance so it's natural for him to think like that. "Ohh, no I'm not Naruto's sister. We both just came from the same clan. That's all." I say. "Then why does the dobe call you his nee-san?" He ask me. "Well, me and Naruto are both orphans. So we really don't have anyone but each other." I reply. Sasuke then continue to ask me multiple question until his older brother stop him, "Sasuke, how about you continue to eat. I'm sure Naomi would like to chat with you after dinner." said Itachi. Sasuke then look at me for confirmation to his brothers statement to which I nodded at him.

After dinner, I went to the living room with Sasuke and Itachi while uncle and aunty go to their room. They must be tired. We sit down and Itachi and I chat while Sasuke plays with his toys. Sasuke also ask some questions while playing with his toys.
