It was the day everyone was going home for the Summer Holiday and after I had finished getting my things packed and made sure that I had everything that I needed, I had left the Common Room with Hermione as the both of us talked as she also teased me about Harry as well before himself and Ron walked with us to the train and soon got on when we got there and sat together as well, “so what are you guys doing over the summer?” I asked them, “I’m not sure to be honest, I might end up going to the theater with mum and dad at some point.” Hermione said, “I might just be stuck doing stuff around the house at home to be honest.” Harry said as he sighed a little, “your Aunt and Uncle suck. Have they always been like that?” I said to him and he nodded, “before going to Hogwarts for our First Year, they tried forbidding me not to go but Hagrid still took me to Diagon Alley and ended up going anyway.” he said and I smiled a little, “well I’m glad Hagrid stepped up in the end and did something.” I said to him and the four of us continued to talk throughout the entire train ride to London until we finally got there and as soon as we had gotten off the train along with everyone else, I soon walked up to dad after grabbing my things and the both of us managed to make it home after I said goodbye to Harry and the others. After making it home for the day, I was about to go to my room to unpack my things before dad had stopped me and I turned around to look at him, “what?” I asked him, “watch your tongue and go sit down. I want to talk to you.” he said to me and I did what he said and sat down on the couch, “what do you want to talk about?” I asked him, “Look, I understand that you like Lupin as your teacher but after what he did that night, I thought it was best that people should know about it.” he told me, “well I’m sure there were other options besides telling the entire school about it.” I said to him before I noticed something else, “there’s something else to it, isn’t there?” I asked him and he sighed, “I’m not talking about my past if that’s what you’re getting at.” he said to me, “I never mentioned your past but now that you mention it I’m guessing that whatever happened back then was also a part of telling everyone.” I said to him and he said nothing, “Dad, I get that whatever happened between you and Lupin wasn’t the best of meetings but you should at least get past the fact that now, he wasn’t trying to do anything of the sort besides do his job. So please just let the past go and not hold a grudge because of it because if you think about it, you’re not living in the past anymore so whatever it is shouldn’t matter.” I told him and he sighed a little, “I know but you don’t understand what they did when we went to school together at the time.” he said to me, “I do, you guys never got along and it shouldn’t bother you this much to the point of making him him resign dad. Because if it is, that’s not a good thing for you or for them.” I told him before standing up and walking away and going to my room to unpack and get everything put away and organized before going on with my night.

It has been a couple of weeks since Summer had started and I had gotten a letter from the Weasley’s and as soon as I opened it, I noticed that it was from Ron’s father, Mr. Weasley as he was telling me about the Quidditch World Cup and was inviting me to come with them as he had an extra ticket and Ron had suggested that he should have me come along and I smiled as soon as I finished reading the letter before rushing downstairs to see dad sitting in his chair reading before he looked at me, “what is it?” he asked me, “well, Mr. Weasley was just inviting me to the Quidditch World Cup and I was wondering if I could go. Please dad, please.” I said to him as I was eager for him to say as and he sighed a little before answering, “alright fine, you can go.” he said and I jumped a little before hugging him, “thank you, thank you, thank you.” I said before rushing back to my room to write Mr. Weasley back and once I was done, I looked at Eroll, “I know you may not be the brightest bird but I sure hope you don’t get lost on your way back alright.” I said as I gave him a treat before letting him fly off with my answer for Mr. Weasley and as a few days went by, it was finally the day before the Quidditch World Cup and I was making sure that I had everything packed since we would be camping out there just outside the stadium and I made sure that I had everything I needed before setting it off to the side before dad appeared at the door, “do you have everything packed?” he asked me and I nodded, “yup, I just finished packing everything up.” I told him before the both of us sat down on the bed, “it will be quite busy there so stay with Ron and his family while you're there alright.” he said to me and I nodded, “I will.” I told him before the both of us continued to talk about it for a while before we had gone on with our days and when night came around, I couldn’t help but feel excited about tomorrow that I didn’t get to sleep until late that night when I had grown tired and finally fell asleep for the night.
