Brooklyn ties

Part seven

Jade set up on the roof top of the lodging house, staring out over the city, the sun was starting to set and all her guys had already called it a night, some set playing  cards or marbles others lay around talking to each other. and still some read or just lay thinking about the days work.

Tomorrow was Saturday, and that meant no work, ships came in throw the week and that gave everyone a much needed brake, to just have some fun and let off some much needed steam,

She had brushed her Dark hair out, leaving it lose and hanging along her back, Her green eyes fell on the  Brooklyn bridge, as the lights came on and  it almost looked beautiful.

She sometimes for got to just set and  take a little time for her, when it came to being  leader of the biggest territory in New York City, it took a lot of her time and she never really took the time to think about her.
setting there staring out, she  heard someone climbing  up the ladder, and over the roof top.

A small smile  pulled at the corner of her lips, as she noticed who was coming up behind her, Her suspicions where proven right when a pair of legs slid on either side of her hips and a pair of strong arms came around her shoulders wrapping around her pulling her in to there warmth.

"Hey Beautiful, what are you doing up here?"  Deckers deep, voice came from behind her left ear as he rested his chin against her shoulder.

Jade leaned back against his brod chest, his dark eyes looked down at her with so much love, she wondered why they didn't take more time to be together like this.

"Just taking sometime to think, get away from the crazy that is my life."

She felt him nod in understanding, his arms tightening around her. Looking up at him, she lifted her hand up to his face, letting the tips of her fingers brush against the side of his cheek, his eyes fluttered closed just for a couple of seconds at her touch.

"You know i love you right, more then anything in this world, and I know I don't say it enough."

"I know you do, and I love you to, you mean so much to me."

He told her, it was hard for her sometimes to believe someone like Decker could care about her some times. But he did she could see it in his eyes every times he looked at her, or feel it in every touch. She new she was lucky to have Decker by her side.

Decker took that time, to pull her face up and her lips to his, pulling her in to a gently but deep kiss, her arms went around his neck as she turned her upper body, in to his. 

Pulling her down, he laid them down on the roof, his hands slipping under her short, his fingers settling against the smooth skin at her waist.

Jade's hands moved up his back, the muscles  contracted as her hands ran over them.

They took there time, touching and kissing each other, most of the guys would be asleep right now, and even if not, no one would come up there to bother them. 

  that how they spent the rest of the night making love to each other.

Decker and Jade snuck back in to the bunk room about 4am, and both climbed in to Jade's bunk  wrapped them self's around each other and went to sleep.

Waking up around 9 the next morning Jade opened her eyes and a smile slowly grow on her lips as she remembered the night before. Her lazy stretch reminded her that she was not a lone and she turned over, her green eyes falling on the still sleeping form of the guy that she loved.

She  placed a kiss against the side of his face, that got him moving and a smirk grow as he opened his dark eyes and stared at her.

"Morning." His voice came out soft and still had that hint of sleepy tone."

"Morning your self." She told him as she laid her head back against his chest, she could lay there all day and be happy, but most of her guys had already got up and moving and she though they should do that same.

So with a sigh she set up, pulling her hair back in to ponytails braiding  each of them down the side of her head. Then stood and  pulled one of her light blue shorts over her white, t shirt and stood.

Decker followed suit but  had to get one last kiss in before he headed in to the wash room. A big smile on her lips she pulled on her hat and headed down stairs where most of her guys where already hanging out. there she find some of the guys hanging around, playing  a lazy game of cards, sense no one was betting.

"Well look who finely got out of bed this morning, have fun last night?" Talon and Axel and saver others where making kissy face, or pretended to make out with each other.

Jade, laughed and hit them with her hat.

"Shut up you dorks, or I'll throw you lot in the river."  Just at that moment, Decker walked down the stairs, sliding his arms around her waist.

"Who are you throwing in the river, its to early for anyone to get on your bad side, I think."

"Apparently we won't as discreet as we thought we were when we came in this morning." Jade told him with amused glint in her eyes.

"Really  guess we have to try harder then."

"You two came falling in the window, like  a couple of elephants."

"What ever your just jealous because i have someone to cuddle to at night." Decker throw back at Axel who grinned.

"What ever I have my pillow to cuddle and  it don't kick unlike you."

Jade let out another laugh as she pushed away from him.

Who is up for some breakfast then a swim?"

The guy's all cheered and  got to there feet, grabbing hats and  slipping there boots on they followed Jade  out of the door and down the street.

This would be a good day she could feel it in her bones.

they ant breakfast and then headed for the docks to spend the day there and being lazy.
