'Powering On'

I check my internal clock.

Looks like the Pizza Plex just closed. That means she's home. Away from me...

"But, she's coming back tomorrow!"

I stand up from my spot and look around. It's always so boring in this room. Nothing to do. I guess I'll just clean the place up.

I start picking up toys, putting away supplies, folding up blankets, cleaning myself, all the normal stuff. Well, it was normal for a bit. Until I went in the storage room. Also known as time out.

The sight before me was my worst nightmare. A repeating one too...

"Y/N?!"

I run up to her lifeless body. Her neck is bruised, her cheeks are stained with tears, and her shoulder...

She'll bleed to death if I don't do Something!

I quickly pick her up and run back to the naptime room. I place her on the ground, sitting against the wall. I run to all the cabinets and drawers.

I run back to her and sit in front of her. I've had experience with helping with injuries, but not this bad...

By the amount of blood, it's pretty deep, but she'll be ok.

I take off her shirt and wrap the bandages around her shoulder.

Naptime room? I didn't come here...

"S-Starlight?"

I flinch at the sudden voice. I look beside me and see Moon sitting next to me with wide eyes.

"M-Moon?"

I try to move my arm to adjust my position, but all I get is pain.

"Ow ow ow... Oh shit...oh shit..."

He puts his hand on my back and rubs it soothingly.

"Shhhh... It's ok... Calm your breathing~"

I do as he says and calm my breathing. It somehow lessens the pain. I look at the source and see bloody bandages.

"Did you do this?"

"Yeah. I couldn't just stand there and do nothing"

I look at him and give a small smile.

"Thank you"

I cross my arms over my chest and look down.

"It's pretty cold in here... Could you give me my shirt?"
