Everyone knew Jin would be the first one to leave BTS for the enlistment

Yet, it still broke their hearts

There comes a time when you are a Korean man that you have to do your part in serving your

country. Jin knew this day was coming, but still doesn't make it any easier. It pains him to the core to know he was leaving his family and friends behind.

He knew that a part of him was going to be left behind for two years, that part being the person who he loves most.

Of course, Jungkook himself doesn't know this

He couldn't know Jin was leaving

He deserves someone that will be there for him

That's an excuse Jin tries to convince himself is true

Jin knows he is choosing not to tell Jungkook because, it will ruin Jin to see the pain he has inflicted onto him.

He can never face him and tell him that he is leaving him

He begged the members to keep it a secret from him

Jin is leaving tomorrow morning

Which is why he has invited Jungkook out to eat at their favorite place for lamb skewers

"Jin-Hyung, it's nice to be here with you. I've missed eating with you." Jungkook says as he sits across from Jin

Jin has to admit that he has been distant towards Jungkook for these past couple of months. He tells himself its to prepare Jungkook from his absence, but he knows it's not.

"I know JK, Hyung is sorry, he has been busy." Jin is quick to reply with a bland excuse

"As long as you are paying, I understand." Jungkook replies with laughter in his voice and a smile slipping onto his face that reaches ear to ear.

"Typical of you JK, only wants me for my money and food." Jin is trying his best to keep normal, but he can't help it, as he is feeling his heart break second by second. These are his last moments with Jungkook. Poor sweet Jungkook has no idea.

"Hyung? Have you and rest of the members got something planned? Seems you guys are in on a secret I don't know about."
