AURORA NURSES A NEW DORKY DEMIGOD

4 YEARS LATER ( a/n: don't kill me for the time skip guys)

Aurora groaned for the millionth time as she sat on the chair in the infirmary waiting for Minotaur-boy to wake up. Chiron had asked (read: forced) her and Annabeth to nurse the boy back to health. Annabeth of course was super-excited as she believed that he was 'the one.' She on the other hand didn't. As she continued to contemplate as to whether she should sneak out and leave to visit Isa which could get her into major trouble or just sit and stare at green-eyes in front of her.

Suddenly green-eyes (she knew his name was Percy, but she continued to call him green-eyes) groaned. Aurora swiftly got up and took the cup of ambrosia, stuffing a spoonful in his mouth. Green-eyes slowly opened his eyes, staring at her. She smirked at him, wiping the excess ambrosia which was dribbling down his chin with a spoon. "Finally!" Aurora whispered. Green-eyes stared at her, half senseless. "Since your awake tell me what you know of the summer solstice," Aurora whisper yelled. Sure, she felt guilty knowing that he had just fought one of the biggest baddest monsters of ancient Greece and lost his mother, but this boy made her sit in the infirmary for an entire day. He deserved to be burdened by one question she and Annabeth had pondered over for years.

The boy stared at her with his sea green eyes. Aurora stared at them for a few moments, wondering why she was getting a strange sense of Deja-vu as she looked into them. "What?' he managed to croak out. Aurora glanced at the door, hoping no one would walk in and see her burdening the patient. She glanced back at him impatiently. "Oh, come on. You must know something, green eyes!" she whispered again. Percy just stared at her confusedly. "I'm sorry... I don't..." but before he could finish, she stuffed his mouth with ambrosia again just as someone entered through the door. She glanced at Percy who was asleep, again. At the door stood Lee Fletcher and Will Solace. "Hey Rory!" Will greeted. He was blond with blue eyes and was thin and lanky. He had recently been claimed by Apollo. Lee Fletcher, another son of Apollo shot her a beaming smile and waved at her. Rory grinned back. "What are you'll doing here?" she asked. Lee rolled his eyes. "I don't know Rory, but I don't think Derek's arm is going to fix itself," Lee shot back. Aurora rolled her eyes. "Very funny, Fletcher," she snarked. Will rolled his eyes good naturedly and walked towards Derek, glancing at Percy a bit. Lee on the other hand came and sat next to Aurora. "It's sad, isn't it? He's going to wake up and then his entire life will flip over."

Aurora didn't reply and just sighed as she placed her head on Lee's shoulder. It was no secret that the life of a demigod was extremely dangerous. "Rory, why don't you go and hang out with Annabeth or Isa? I'll babysit him until them or I'll get Argus to do it," Lee offered. Aurora jumped up and grinned at him. "YES! Thanks Lee. You're the best!" she screamed, kissing his cheek and running off as Lee shook his head and laughed at her stupid antics. 

Aurora ran towards the Aphrodite Cabin and knocked on the door. Drew Tanaka opened the door. Aurora nodded at her, and she nodded back, neither of them sticking to chat. As she expected, Isabelle was there along with Silena Beauregard and Annabeth Chase. Isabelle's eyes lit up as she spotted Aurora. "Hey Rory!" she greeted. Aurora grinned back and walked towards them. Annabeth looked at her suspiciously. "You were supposed to be with Percy, weren't you?" she asked. Aurora rolled her eyes at her. "Lee is babysitting Sleeping Beauty for a while. I'm off duty," she announced. Annabeth rolled her eyes while Isabelle just shook her head not bothering to say anything. "Sooo.... I'm guessing you're here to convince them to join the Athena Cabin for Capture-The-Flag?" Rory asked. Annabeth nodded and then turned and glared at Isabelle/ "I tried. But turns out they already allied themselves with Ares Cabin," she grumbled. Aurora looked qat Isabelle in shock. "Ares? Seriously? I thought you'd ally yourself with your boyfriend's allies," she smirked. Isabelle swatted at her and rolled her eyes.
