Chapter 10- The Battle Scene You've All Been Waiting For!

Suddenly Galaxy launched herself into a battle, slashing ferociously at her underbelly.

Hyena winced and growled at the same time. Galaxy got a face full of claws, she  grabbed Hyena's throat with her tail.

"Galaxy, I need to fight this fight." Said Crystal solemnly.

"Of course, may the best dragon,
(cough cough) Crystal win!" Galaxy said.

Hyena snarled and stepped toward Crystal. Crystal ducked and rolled under Hyena with ease and scratched her underbelly.

Hyena roared in pain and started to cast a spell.
Galaxy grabbed two Sandwings and smashed their heads together and hit the others across the face with her tail.

The raging continued as Hyena and Crystal grappled.
Hyena enchanted Crytsal's bracelet to make Crystal's right leg stick to the ground.

"NO! Galaxy, Help!!!" Screeched Crystal.

Galaxy tried to turn around but was hit on the nose with a talon.

"Ha ha ha! Your pathetic powers cannot safe you now!" Cackled Hyena evilly.

Suddenly she started gasping. She grabbed at her neck as if she couldn't breath.
Her Animus powers had been completely used and were consuming her body!

The spell lifted off of Crystal and she stood up and looked down on Hyena.

Hyena was rolling on the ground, roaring in pain.

"This is what happens when you're careless with your Animus powers." Galaxy Growled at the dying Sandwing.

"This…. THIS FIGHT ISN'T OVER!" Hyena screeched. She started casting a spell, wincing in pain as she did so.

Everything was quiet for a second. Hyena slowly got back up. Hyena now had visible scars all over her. She was bleeding everywhere but didn't seem to be in pain.

Galaxy looked at Hyena in shock.
"Did you just....give up your Animus powers to save you?!" Galaxy exclaimed.

"Yeah, did you not know that's a possible spell? Psh, you can do anything with Animus magic!" Hyena retorted.

"Now let's finish this fight!" The Sandwing/Nightwing lunged at Crystal and swung her claws across her face.
Crystal screamed in pain, and rolled under Hyena as she was about to sink her claws into her scales.

Crystal got up and looked around her. She saw 5 Sandwing guards, some unconscious, others dead.

She saw Galaxy, barely, sense it was around midnight.
She looked around a little more, but could find Hyena. She looked behind her again and saw her.

Hyena held her sharp talons near Crystal's tail, ready to slash it again like she remembered as dragonets.

Crystal didn't want to go through that pain again, you would think your frill being teared wouldn't hurt, but it was worse than any other pain Crystal had ever felt, and she had felt a lot of pain before.

Crystal watched in frozen fear as Hyena swung her claws, she braced herself for a pain like no other.
Crystal closed her eyes and folded her wings around her. But the pain didn't come, and she heard a noise and a loud
SLAM.
Crystal folded her wings in and saw that Galaxy was on top of the Sandwing, slashing at her throat while Hyena's tail was about to strike.
Crystal ran towards the fighting dragons as fast as she could.
"Galaxy, MOVE!" She shouted to her friend.
