It has been a couple of months since Todak Naatsudah died. Wac was promoted to commander and Crater promoted to captain. Sana Dei was called to Coruscant, and the Jedi knight Icarus became the general of the Diamond squad in place of Todak. Daliss was the first pick, but she adamantly turned the offer down saying that she wasn't ready for that so of responsibility. She is still only 18, and has a lot of learning to do.
Meanwhile, count Dooku has been killed by Anakin Skywalker and the separatists have plummeted in the war. With Dooku's demise, several planets and even a few systems have suddenly yielded to the republic. Nobody admitted to it but it was clear that many politicians and confederate leaders were waiting for Dooku to fall in the war, as it seemed that they were too afraid of the count to surrender. As well as that, their budget is getting stretched thin and continuing to fight is becoming a lost cause. But half of Dofom is still supporting the separatists and the confederacy of independent systems. They too will be forced to yield sooner or later, as general Keth is soon to be cornered, and the half of Dofom that supports the separatists have been cut off with the recapture of Ayro. Eden Keth no longer has their support and he is now waiting for reinforcements of additional droid legions to come and turn the tides of war back in his favor. If he can hold out a little bit longer, and defeat Qerreth and Icarus, the republic will lose Dofom for good. Because, just as Keth's resources are thinning, so too are the republic's. No more clones and no more weapons can be sent to Dofom, as the senate has made it more difficult to keep up the war with policies hindering the movement of resources for war. General Keth plans to fully exploit the republic senate's strong push towards peace, and drive them off of Dofom. His grit is about to be put to the test shortly though, because the republic is ready to attack his primary base of operations for his Dofom campaign. The Dofomian war could end, but a very long battle awaits and there is no definite winner. The republic has the greater numbers, but the separatists have incredibly high firepower focused inside a very powerful fortress. A fortress which is now under siege. This is the battle for Dofom.

The Jedi knight Daliss N'dal is flying through the air with her paratroopers, descending upon the beachside fortress, Hang castle. It is an expansive compound, spanning over two a miles long and almost a mile wide. Its set on a steep cliff, built from a mixture of old and new structures, surrounded by a wall. The older parts of the fortress looks like an old castle, with lots of towers with saucers at the top with tall, conical spires in the middle. The modern parts of the fortress are simple, boxy buildings, and the whole place is teaming with droid defenders and mounted artillery weapons.
Daliss and her paratrooper team drop on the roof of a hangar in Hang castle, and quickly make their way inside. They brought some troopers with heavy assault weapons, which they use to bombard the hangar from inside and cause lots of destruction. The goal is to divide the defenses of the fortress and put heavy pressure on a single point to break in. General Keth and Weiyun are supposed to be in Hang castle, meaning it really is an all or nothing battle.
Daliss has changed a lot since her master's death. She's thought a lot about what Todak's holocron message said, and she has decided to follow through with the Dofom campaign and then leave the order as her master instructed. And that time may come soon, because the stakes of this battle are high.
Daliss flips over a B2-DT1 battle droid, cuts its shoulder cannon off and then lands behind her foe and blows it away with its own cannon. Then she throws the cannon at a few B1s and destroys them, securing the area. She's painted half of her face purple again, and she is wearing new clothes: Darker brown, sleeveless gi, with black, form-fitting clothes underneath and some white armor pads that match the diamond squad troopers' armor.
"The hangar will be cleared in just a couple of minutes, Icarus." Daliss spoke into a commlink. "Meet you outside?"

"Affirmative." Icarus responded from the other side. "Things are going smoothly out here as well. We should breach the gates shortly."

With that, Daliss finishes clearing out the hangar, allowing gunships to fly in from a large opening overlooking the cliff Hang castle is built in. In one of the gunships is commander Wac, ready for action. He greets Daliss with a hardy handshake as Crater, Hoarse and other clone troopers gather around her to say hello.
"Good to see you in one piece, kid." He says.

"What's that supposed to mean?" Daliss asked playfully, pretending to sound offended. "Anyway, you're just in time, amica, we're just about to invade the castle and meet up with Icarus."

"Good work, Princess." Wac says, putting his helmet on.

"We're all ready, Daliss." Crater said, stepping in. "The clankers are banging on the doors to the hangar."

"Then let's go greet them!" Daliss answered confidently, holding her fist up.

Everyone bumps their fists together with Daliss' and then they all hurry out to go continue the battle against the separatists.
A squad of droids is currently working on busting down two huge doors that lead to the freshly captured hangar, but those doors are soon going to open up for them. Daliss got into a gunship, which starts to fly towards the hangar doors. The clone troopers are all standing by each side of the doors, and many of them are occupying the windows, and as soon as the gunship approaches those doors, they slide open and it bombards the droids outside the hangar. Then the clone troopers spill out and they begin tearing apart the defenses inside of Hang castle. Daliss jumps out of the gunship, and lands on top of a spider droid, cuts one of its legs off, and then leaps off of it and does the same to another one. The young knight has improved greatly in last two months. The death of her master sparked a fire in Daliss' heart to work even harder, as if she intends to singlehandedly end the Dofom campaign. She had been training with Qerreth, and practicing whenever she could. Even sparring with Wac and some of the other clones.
Daliss charges a B2-DT1 and slides under its energy shield, destroys it with her lightsaber and cuts its shield arm off - then, she uses its shield to block the mortar blast of another B2-DT1. A plume of smoke forms around the knight and she leaps out of the ashy cloud and comes down upon the battle droid to destroy it.
