ᴡᴀʀɴɪɴɢ; ᴄᴜʀꜱɪɴɢ, ʙʟᴏᴏᴅ, ᴠɪᴏʟᴇɴᴄᴇ, ᴛᴡ!

𝐒𝐨𝐟𝐭 𝐭𝐚𝐩𝐬 and small dripping sounds echo around in the dim hallway. All the lights flickering from all the dark energy surrounding the hospital. Hopper, Y/n, and Eleven made it to the hospital in search for the gate so they could close it for good. 

Y/n had this wrenching feelings in her chest that something else was going to happen but she pushed it away and focused on the task at hand.

Eleven was sticking close by you just in case a demogorgan jumped out and tried to kill them. Even though Hopper had and gun and told them to save there energy for the big battle ahead, guns doesn't really affect them some how.

Wound them? Yes. 

But kill them? No.

All of you on edge as the beeping and soft sound of your footsteps are the only things you can hear, no growling or running fingernails scarping against the floor.

" We're almost there just stick by me, okay?" Hopper whisper shouts still checking the surrounding areas.

Eleven rolls her eyes and mumbles, " where else would we go, dip-shit?" eleven really wanted to hurt hopper for what he did- really bad like it home with her but...

the essence of your presence, she gets to bathe and loathe in your aroma again, see that lovely smile when you see amazed or your just laughing, gets to hold your soft hands in hers, stare into your eyes for hours and never get bored. she was - without a doubt in love with you but she's been grimy lately because of what happened with Max. 

you guys seemed closer and immediately like you knew each other, but she was happy as ever and could care less about what Max had to say.

You knew hopper and eleven weren't on good speaking terms right now but you had other things to worry about, " look we have to walk faster, we need to get there and shut the son of bitch out to weep in it's castle of cow shit." you seethe glaring at hopper's back before looking away.

you wanted to kill him but if you did, you had no idea how that would end - would you die? 

hopper nods knowing your right, the more time they waste walking at this pace the more likely the shadow monster might pull some trick on them, but why would he do that? he's on a thin line of keeping locked away from Earth's soil once more , why would he needs to play tricks instead of using his trump card?

Finally arriving and stepping onto the elevator, the door shuts and you starting moving up and in the middle of the storm - the gate.

all you need now it to wait for jonathan's signal.

" hey hopper I had a question to ask you." y/n blurts weaving her head towards hopper.

hopper looks over to her and nods for her to continue talking, " why do you think of me as your daughter? i mean i know with everything that's happened i though maybe ... that you wouldn't want me or even go as far as protecting me and giving me home to stay in."
