Aurora's Lament of Forgiveness

A quick tidbit additional summary...an explanation to why Maleficent is alive in Descendants to interact with Belle and Adam.
Aurora despite never getting along with her Dad or stepmother didn't want her Father to be lonely. She had Hubert send Audrey at 1 years old to her kingdom as a truce while she visited the Fairytale Enchantment words where her animal friends brought her and Philip back together twice. She was getting ready to say goodbye to them with Philip Aurora had birthed Audrey at 18 years old and she had the image of her Father not her Mom. She abdicated the Throne of her French kingdom and wonder continuously where her real mother had actually gone.

Aurora's First Chapter of her Revised Story Begins below

The Wedding Ceremony Preparations were well under way at now the end of her sixteenth year December 31 New's Eve Aurora chose her wedding dress with her Fairies.

"Enough with the Arguing Flora and Merrryweather both colors are swell but let's combine the pink and blue and make it purple to help Merryweather then the bouquet will be roses red roses and the tablecloths at the reception can alternate between pink and blue." Aurora passively got them to agree in the midst of an argument. Fauna was the least argumentative of the Three Fairy Godmothers. Flora and Merryweather were very bickery about colors. Aurora sighed looking at the Forbidden Fortress. She died without being offered a chance to change her ways, it's shameful. That part of Aurora's Mother existed Aurora because of her visions powers when dreaming she could recall things actions no other human child could recall at all, the rush of the Queen Leah the First to her cradle as she picked up her baby girl and instantly began to soothe her after Maleficent's frightening exit out of the palace upon her christening day. Philip hugged her Mother that day adding extra soothing atmosphere what the Queen needed that day while the others stood straight faced and shocked as if they had literally been turnt to stone still statues absolutely petrified.

"🎶Everything here is fine, except Daddy is so mopey, my husband to be treats me well. But there is one test I have yet to face. I would want to make friends with the one who did so much harm to me, if I could have any wish in the world it would be a chance to help Maleficient change her mind and maybe someday in the future we could all be a merry bunch of great friends and allies.🎶" Aurora sang. "🎶This would truly make my once upon a time once upon a dream, I'm not afraid of the wrath my villagers will bring up behind my back, it's important to embrace the good that bursrs and blooms from all the damage caused by judgemental subjects. Beauty comes from pain in the most subtle ways
I adore the rain and grey stormclouds because soon after you may look up not just the sun or moon but a moonbow a rainbow of moonlight at night or a double rainbow within the sunshine at day!

Once upon a dream, I know you did your curse to teach a strong willed stubborn king a lesson,
If I could raise you up again, I would.
I know it would be what my Mom would have wanted you to get a chance to redeem yourself at last, Maleficent, I forgive you for all of your crimes!
I wish you were at my side that alone would speak volumes you were like a Godsister to me, you're the reason I get to live my happy ever after!

And I can feel my sympathy overflowing
May the Kings or Queens or Gods and Goddesses ease your sentence wherever you have gone.
Let my justice rein, forgiveness shall be poured down upon you.

Aurora finished outside the palace gates in the woods. She knew she would never be able to sing a lament for a notorious villain like Maleficent inside the castle walls. Miles and miles away in the Northeast the Fates screeched in anger as because of Aurora's plea by the time they came around to cutting Maleficent's life away completely from our Earthworld it failed, because of Aurora's heroic heart just like it failed with Hercules. Even the gods could not undo a wish made of pure sympathetic sacrifice. A true hero was measured by the size of their heart not their strength. And Aurora by making that incredible wish forgiving a distant enemy just saved our world from a very evil threat unawares.

(I am going to use some of the lines from the Maleficent in a couple of the Kingdom Heart games cause a couple of them are pretty cool to use and they fit alongside the cartoon story and that's the only storyline where I know Belle and Beast meet Maleficent face to face. Next Chapter Maleficent meets her step son and future husband. And Aurora and Philip get married out in the gardens)
