I was searching through the codes and had found this Geno's stats and well... It was interesting.

*Mutated somehow, survived the Void, and made it back to his save screen.

(Error POV)

So his au was one of the one's that collided into the other au's and got destroyed before anyone could save them... wait- how is he still here though? It says he survived the void so that means he definitely fell into it so how did he survive? Does it have something to do with why it says 'mutated' by his Race?

Now that I think about it that mutation must also be the reason why this geno- I mean Exter has wings and why he has red tear marks on his face, not to mention he seems to be taller in height from the other geno copy's and the original.

Whatever, I'll think about this all later, don't want to end up with a headache from thinking too much. Not to mention it's not like I'll be able to get any answers from exter over there, he's sleeping and I doubt he even knows why he mutated either.

Swiping my hand down, I close the check window in front of me and glance at bird boy who's sleeping and ponder on if I should leave or help him get out of here. Though the question is... Would he even survive if he left the save screen? Since he's mutated there's a possibility that he can survive but the question is does he even want to leave to begin with? Guess I'll just find out later once he wakes up.

(An hour later-)

(Exter POV)

I awoke about 10 minutes ago when error told me about my stats, about how I mutated somehow in the Void, and about his offer of helping me leave this save screen. Quietly sitting in thought, I wondered if I should agree or not. I mean he said there was a possibility that once I stepped out of the save screen I could actually die and turn into nothing but a pile of dust...

But then error did say there was a possibility that I would live since I was now a mutated skeleton. Not to mention he did say my soul and body should be stable and strong enough to be able to leave.

Sighing, I continue to think about my decision while error looked through a one way portal at a cliff that showed a night sky full of stars, orbits, and other things. Seeing the beautiful view my decision was made, I would go but of course there was something I needed to ask first.

(A moment later-)

(Exter POV)

"No." Error said while eating a chocolate bar. "Why not?" I ask with a slight frown. "I'm not gonna teach you how to make portals because it would be a waste of my time." Error said while eating the last piece of his chocolate bar. "...then why are you still here talking to me if your wasting your time? Plus, you don't seem busy right now." I said while staring through the one way portal error still had open.

"Why I'm still here is none of your business." Error said while staring at me and then the one way portal. "You just want to learn to make portals so you could travel around don't you?" Error said while staring at me with his arms crossed. "And so what if I do want to travel? There's nothing wrong with traveling is there?" I said while staring back at error.

"*Sigh* look I'm not worried about you traveling I'm more worried about the people you meet." Error said while closing the one way portal. "You're worried about me?" I said while now having a grin on my face. "In case you didn't hear me correctly, I said I'm worried about the people you meet, not you." Error said while teleporting another chocolate bar into his hand.

"So... You're worried that I'll meet bad people who will try to hurt me or worse kill me? You do know I practically can't die right?" I said while retracting my wings into my back. "Just because you practically can't die doesn't mean you won't feel the pain of being hurt, dimwit." Error said while whacking me in the skull with one of his strings.

"...now that I think about it, I don't even know if I will survive even leaving my save screen. So until I know if I will live going through my save screen I won't bother you! Alright?" I said while still staring at error who just finished eating his next chocolate bar. "If I turn into a pile of dust once I leave my save screen then you won't be bothered by me asking for you to teach me how to make portals. Sounds good right?" I said while having a small smile on my face.

"...Alright, if you live then I'll maybe teach you how to make portals and if you die then don't come back somehow as a ghost that will bother me endlessly." Error said while swiping his hand across the air. "Alright, time to see if you live or die. Go through the portal." Error said while gesturing for me to go through the portal he just made.

"Alright, here goes nothing!... Actually before I go in I have a question, two questions to be exact." I said while stopping a few feet in front of the glitching portal. Letting out a slightly annoyed groan, error stared at me for a moment before making a speak gesture. "Okay well my first question is if you're going to follow me through the portal." I said while taking a glance at the portal in front of me.

"Of course I'm going to follow you, how else will I know if you died or not?" Error said while looking at me like he wanted to whack me in the skull again, which he did. "What's your second question." Error said while nearing the portal and me. "My second question is... When you popped up in front of me it looked like you were thrown or something. So what happened before you came here?" I said while staring at error with a curious.

"That-...let's just say don't curse profusely in front of a certain blue clad skeleton unless you wanna get smacked by a huge hammer." Error said while slightly shuddering at the memory of a huge hammer whacking into him while the wielder of the hammer yelled "NO CURSING!"

"okay..." I said while turning back to the portal. "Anyways- see ya maybe on the other side!" I said while walking through the portal.

Oh if only I knew what was in store for me on the other side of that portal...

If Exter's au didn't collide and fall into the Void then his au would have become it's own original au and not a copy.

If Exter's au was still there then it would've been called AfterSky. An au where everyone of course got to the surface and lived happily except when monster's hit the surface they mutated and grew wings and sometimes strange marks due to there being radiation around Mount Ebott at the time when monster's made it out of the mountain.
