AN:Anything underlined AND italicized is probably not important to the story, but you can tell if something isn't important to the story because I'll probably put, "AN:".

Mumbo's POV-

Honestly, Tommy was a natural at filming. He knew what to say , how to use the camera and even how to edit!

"How are you so good at making youtube videos? I can barely do it myself" Mumbo complained.

"Maybe because i'm better than you." Tommy said in a joking tone.

AN:anything you can do I can do better-- jk jk. I'm in a silly goofy mood rn.

Since they started filming, Tommy seemed to warm up to him. He was laughing a lot more and over all seemed happier.

"Hey Tommy..do you want to start your own youtube channel?" Mumbo asked suddenly after they stopped filming.

"Uh..I don't know." Tommy said adjusting the camera. "I don't feel all that comfortable with the camera yet."

Odd..He was natural at being a Youtuber, almost any other kid would love to be a youtuber. Heck, Tommy was better than some Youtubers Mumbo knew.

"Plus I don't know if that's good idea.." Tommy murmured.

"Why wouldn't it be?" Mumbo asked confused.

"Ah— nothing. Just forget I said anything." Tommy replied turning the camera back on.

Okay, Tommy was definitely hiding something. Maybe not something relating to Grian, but definitely something...

Tommy's POV
After filming three videos with Mumbo, I was exhausted. We were only supposed to film one video but we got carried away. I headed home— to stress's house. Hopefully she had an extra bed or something.

"I should really make a base soon.." Tommy murmured.

"Hey Tommy!" Someone called behind him.

Tommy jumped back in surprise. He turned around and saw Stress walking up to him. "PRIMES— you scared me Stress!"

"Sorry, sorry." Stress apologized. "I was just gonna ask what you were doing." she continued absentmindedly.

"I finished mining and then filmed some videos with Mumbo do I was just headin' to bed." Tommy replied. "What are you doing, Stress?"

"Oh, I was just finishing up landscaping. Terrain is so hard to build.."

"If you want I could help.." Tommy replied. He didn't really know much about building or terrain, but he wanted to repay Stress in some way.

"Really? That would help a lot, thanks."

"Yeah, just consider it a thanks for letting me live here.." Tommy replied. He didn't like owing people so at least this was an easy way to pay her back.

"It's really no problem Tommy. I'm sure anyone else would love to have you over as well!" Stress said in assurance.

"I doubt that.." He said quietly. That 'Doc' fellow didn't seem to like him very much. Well, he didn't say that directly— in fact Doc hadn't spoken to him at all..

"What'd you say? Sorry I didn't hear you..." Stress apologized.

"Ah—! Nothing." Tommy said quickly in a dismissing manner.  "Do you have any ideas for the terrian?" He asked trying to change the subject.

"Not really..perhaps something that fits the theme of my base?" Stress said trying to think of any ideas to tell Tommy.

"Wait a minute," Tommy paused. Stress already had a bace. "Isn't this your base?" Tommy asked confusedly.

"This is my starter base. Hermits usually make a small base and then later make a bigger base called a Mega base. That tends to be where we stay for most, or all, of the season." Stress explained.

"Oh I get it..." he said.

These people were strange-- they weren't anything like the people he knew. In the Dream SMP everyone made one base and that was it. Tommy had a small shack and that was pretty much his home. There were exceptions. For example, Tubbo made his first house in the main area but then he went on to create his Snowchester home & a mansion.

"You don't have to help, Tommy." Stress said absentmindedly, as if she could sense his inner turmoil.

"No, no. I want to help." Tommy needs to help. Stress seemed nice enough-- but so did most of the Dream SMP members and look how that turned out. He did not want to owe anyone favors. At least with the others he had an idea of what they wanted in return, he barely knew these people.

"Alright," Stress sighed. "Just don't stress yourself out too much."

Tommy nodded, chuckling a little at the pun. "I'll be fine Stress, you stress too much. I'm a big man! I'll terrain the area for you."

She paused. "is terrain a verb?" She asked ignoring Tommy's sad excuse of a pun.

Tommy shrugged. "Well if it isn't, it is now."

She laughed lightly, "I've-- I've never heard someone use terrain like that--"

After she calmed down she said, "I have to get going, Xisuma needed me for something. I'll see you later Tommy!" she waved at him and then began to fly away.

"Cya Stress!" He called back to her, hoping she would hear him. "Well, I guess I should look up some tutorials on how to terrain a landscape."

AN:

Heya! I finally set up my MacBook and it's a lot easier to write now. I finished up this chapter, and edited it all in 30minutes! I'll try to write longer chapters as well after this. This is mostly a filler chapter.

Anyways, I hope you enjoyed and thank you all for supporting me <3

-Sarc

Psst. Idk if you guys noticed but I go by Sarc AND Siren now. Either is fine. My friend told me Siren was too long, even though its only 5 letters💀

Bro I wrote this a week ago but then I got logged out of my account because of Ash.. 😭 Ash came back a bit ago and although I already edited this chapter, he insisted on double checking it AND I GOT LOGGED OUT
