Mal's pov:
One day I was at the mall with Evie and we were shopping for some dresses. “Oh, what about this blue one?”, Evie asked and held a blue with white dress in front of her as she posed. “Yeah... Nice”, I said, distracted as I looked at the opposite side of the shop. It was Ben who was looking for a ring. “Ben?”, Evie asked as she looked with me. “Well...”, I protested, “He is looking for a ring... What if he is getting engaged?”. “So? Who cares? He had his chance with you, but he ruined it for himself...”, Evie said and I smiled and nodded: “Yeah thanks E”. “No problem”, Evie said and that's when Ben noticed the two women and he walked over. “Well, well... If it isn't Mal Bertha”, Ben said and stroked his ex's cheek. “Leave me alone”, I said, pulling herself away. “Don't worry, babe. I already have another girlfriend and she is not as ugly as you”, Ben told me and I rolled my eyes. “I am not ugly...”, I mumbled and he laughed. “If it wasn't for me, you wouldn't get so much attention and you would be at that stupid island”, Ben smirked. Then Evie needed to pull him away and then they left.
When I got home I was not happy at all. Harry came towards and hugged his wife. “Hey lovely”, he said and kissed me. I didn't say anything. “What's wrong?”, he asked. “Am I ugly?”, I asked quietly. “No, why would you think that?”, Harry answered and I shrugged: “I have seen Ben... And we have had a little talk”. “Oh, why? That stupid beast!”, Harry yelled, “Don't listen to him. You are such my beauty queen... You're the best”. And I smiled happily.
