Robin dragged her body out of bed. She muffled a groan of discomfort and quickly checked the sleeping figure beside her.

Good. Steve was still fast asleep.

She grinned devilishly. It was said man's birthday, and she was going to make it memorable as fuck.

The man groaned slightly, and Robin snapped her head back in fear.

A small kick emitted from her eight month pregnant stomach and she sighed. The baby was awake too.

Robin waddled to the kitchen. Time to get making. She prepared an extremely lavish breakfast with a shit-eating grin on her face. Her hand rested on her stomach every so often and Robin's heart would buzz in excitement.

"Hey Keith...yeah it's Rob...I'm good...Yeah so, Steve is feeling a bit unwell today so... thanks Keith...bye!" Robin put down the phone and almost jumped of happiness.

She inspected her hours of work in pride. A buffet of sausages, eggs, bacon, pies, mash potatoes and cakes we neatly laid out on the table. Sure she could have ordered, but actually making the food made it the even more special. She had adorned the house with cute fairy lights and a huge banner that screamed HAPPY BIRTHDAY STEVE!

As she walked back to their room to wake him up, she stumbled and face planted the floor...just as Steve opened the door.

"Oh my god. Rob! Are you okay!" He was frantically checking over her body.

She groaned which only alarmed him more.

"I'm fine dingus!" Robin slowly got up and leaned against his body.

He cheeks were flushed red in embarrassment, "Happy Birthday Harrington?"

Finally, Steve managed to tear his eyes off her and gasped at the room.

"Robin Buckley. You did all this for little old me?" He smiled as warmth rushed through his body.

She nodded in accomplishment, "Now, we need to dress up for this special breakfast. There is a suit in the bathroom waiting for you!"

Steve excitedly nodded and scurried off, no one had really done anything for his past birthdays and he was absolutely giddy.

Robin struggled into her own dress. She hated dresses, fucking despised them, but she would do anything for Steve.

So there she was, shimming into a beautiful sage green dress. It flowed freely from her waist and reached her ankles. The dress perfectly accentuated bump. Her sleeves were made of a transparent material and was puffed out up to her wrists.

She heard commotion outside and figured Steve was already done. Robin slowly crept up behind him as he inspected the food with heart eyes.

"BOO!" She jumped on him and he jerked in surprise.

He turned around sharply," ROBIN! You can't do that to me! It my birthda-"

He gaped at her, "You look really pretty Rob. "

She beamed at him, "You clean up well too!"

She adjusted his sage green suit and forest green tie. His favourite colours.

Steve smiled and cupped her belly, " Hey little shit . Guess who is matching with your mummy!"

A small kick was the reply and Steve practically squealed, "Your bump is so freaking adorable Robs! Give us a twirl."

Robin giggled and spun around like a little girl.

SNAP

Steve clicked the button on the camera that was suddenly in his hands.

"HEY! I BORROWED IT OFF JONATHAN! NOT YOU!" she tried to snatch the camera but he dodged her arms.

"Come and catch me slowpoke!" He sprinted off and Robin could only waddle after him.

Steve spun around and cooed at the sight," Why are you so fucking cute!"

She doubled over, panting, " I'm fucking hungry. Let's eat breakfast now!"

He immediately nodded in agreement, and soon they were stuffing their face with food. Steve moaned in pleasure and Robin scrunched her noise playfully.

"You're cooking is so good, Rob!" He almost had the nerve to lick up his plate up, but sprung out of his seat when Robin started collecting everything.

"I'll clean up! You sit here in your beautiful dress and look pretty!"

After everything was packed away and washed up the gang came over.

They all 'awed' at the matching outfits and Jonathan snapped a picture of the two.

"Bro. You can't convince me that they are not dating!" Dustin whispered to Lucas who nodded.

If only they knew.

They all sang happy birthday and cut a very extravagant cake, Steve was wearing a shit-eating grin the whole time. He drew Robin closer to him and hugged her tightly.

"I love you Robin."

"I love you Steve." She smiled back.

The kids had gone home after that, and left Nancy, Jonathan, Robin and Steve to watch a movie.

Nancy stared at Steve and Robin in adoration, they were so cute.

Robin was spread across Steve's body as they both lay on the couch, his arms protectively secured around her. He rubbed her stomach lovingly and a planted a kiss to the crown of her head every so often. She nuzzled her head further into the crook of his neck and he laced their fingers together and rested their hands on Robin's stomach.

Nancy could tell exactly when the baby kicked, because they would both smile at each other and Steve's eyes would dart towards her abdomen.

Nancy sighed in contentment.

They were absolutely perfect together.
