Summer Love ~ Poem

I spent three months with you,

And during this time,

I fell deeper, and deeper in love with you,

My mind it wanders,

Dreaming bout the times you were mine, when you sat beside me, and made my heart race,

Never in any moment did I feel out of place,

But now you’re gone,

Your image lingers on my mind,

I think about you all the time,

I know you cried as I waved to you goodbye,

My heart it was aching,

It will take some time,

Cause you were my summer love,
