Through The Dark - Poem

I'll be your torch, I'll guide your hand, and we will make it through the dark,

I'll lead you through water, I'll put out the fire for your love,

We would wander, we would try we would make it through the dark,

Your hand is around mine don't be scared, whatever we face, whatever you've heard, I'll lead you through the dark,

I'd take your hand and promise to you, I'll lead you through water, I'd kill down the fire, I won't let the flames touch you,

I'd do all this for your love, I will be the torch to guide you, my light will forever glow, I'll lead you down a pathway you'd never normally go,

I'd give you the confidents that you'd never normally have, we would be one, and you wouldn't be alone.

I'll carry you over fire and water for your love,

I'm going to hold you close and hope your heart is strong enough,

Because we will be make it through the dark, and I will protect your heart.
