The date with Noah was amazing. He's so funny and cute. I sit on the cold pool bed, waiting for him to answer. "Tell me something good, Chase." I grumble. Chase is a good guy, he's just so scattered brain."W-well, according to my research they're in a small town by the name of Flintsdale. I haven't located exactly where, but the map is narrowing down the choices now." He says and I almost want to shout in joy.
"Good job, Chase. If all goes well I'll send you on that trip to Hawaii that you wanted to go on." I tell him and I hear him squeal.
"Omg really? Can I bring my partner?" He asks and I chuckle.
"You can bring whoever you want." I tell him and that seems to make him even more excited.
"Alright, I got to go. Just know that we will love first class seats." He says, giggling down the line and after saying goodbye, we hang up. I continue to sit, taking in the night sky, trying to count the stars.
"You good?" I look up and see it's Ethan. I give him a smile, because I am good, really good.
"Never been better." I tell him and I pat the space between my legs for him to sit. He takes the spot and his body heat warms me up immediately.
"I just want to thank you for helping us and spending the holidays with us." He says, leaning further into me. This scene must look so comical.
"No need to thank me, pup." I tell him, placing a chaste kiss against his neck. "Do you want to go watch a movie with me?"
"Yes, I would like that. We can use Mercury's room. I just put everyone to sleep, so I'm sure he wouldn't mind. He'll probably join us." He says and I nod. He gets up and I take his hand in mine.
We stop in the kitchen for a couple of snacks, then we're off to Mercury's room. "Mer, can we use your TV?" Ethan calls out and I hear the shower running.
"Yeah, sure." He calls back and I climb into the large bed, settling under the covers. "Oh, I didn't know Lucifer was here." He says, placing a shirt over his head quickly.
"Hello, Mercury. I hope you don't mind." I speak up, looking into his green eyes.
"No, no, not at all." He says and I nod, turning back to the screen. I settle into the middle of both boys and pull them into my embrace. Not even thirty minutes and they're both down for the count.
I reach for the remote and turn off the movie, then the lights. I place a kiss on both of their heads and then settle deeper into the bed. I've come to really care for the boys and I do want to be with them, but I refuse to be in any relationship, while my parents are still running around free.
I close my eyes, willing myself to sleep. It feels like ten minutes passed by in dream land. I clutch my phone, sliding the answer button up. "Hello?" I mumble.
"They're in the house." Chase's voice comes out shaky and I sit up quickly, fully alert now.
"What?" I whisper shout into the phone, refusing to believe what he just said.
"They are in the house. The living room to be exact." He says and I thank him.
"Okay, I want you to notify the police. Tell them to come quietly. Then, I want you to text me, that they're on their way. I want this whole thing finished tonight." I immediately go into work mode. One thing about my father, he definitely taught me how to get things going.
"Yes Sir." Chase says then hangs up. If push comes to shove, I will kill them. The boys safety is my biggest priority at the moment.
I tiptoe over to my room, seeing Fjord and Cistel curled up together in my bed. I place a chaste kiss on their foreheads, after grabbing my gun. Taking deep breaths, I exit my room, my gun drawn as I scale the whole house. "Ah, son, so nice of you to join us." The chilling voice of Thomas Santana rings out in the dimly lit sitting room. My eyes snap over to Melody's and my stomach twist in disgust at the lustful look on her face.
"I would say the same, but unfortunately you taught me not to lie." I keep my tone neutral, not giving anything away.
"My, my, so sarcastic. We just want to talk." He chuckles and I refrain from rolling my eyes. "Also if I were you I'd out the gun down."
"Oh? Why is that?" I cock the gun, telling him I will shoot him if he's playing games.
"Well, we have this boy here. He's a really lovely boy. What's your name, Hun?" My father steps away from the boy and I turn the light up, brighter.
"What are you doing with him?" My tone is slightly laced with anger, but I bite down on it to continue my charade of nonchalance.
"Well, Mitel here, just so happened to be here. Wrong place, right time, well for us anyways." He chuckles nastily and I scan over Mitel, quickly.
