Chapter 73

Ngl I rushed chapter 72 because I told 2 people on here I would type another chapter that day.

And so I basically scrambled up some shit so I'm super sorry it sucked, but I hope this makes up for it.

"Huh.. how unpredictable. Yet, no matter how I see it, I felt as if this would happen." I look up to see 'Bunny', who was clearly not as enthusiastic as they should be. Do they have actual feelings? I have no clue. "Oh it's.. you.." I huffily breathed. "Geez, this Vanny stuff is really wearing me down.." sun gulped. "I know where Gregory is." Bunny slowly spoke. Moon shot his glance at them, "And how do you know that?"

"Easy. I was debating whether or not to.. well, I guess take over his mind. You know, fun stuff. But, then I realized his life was a little too hard for me. Not to mention, I dunno how I feel about being a kid."

"Continue."

The elevator doors opened. Bunny was the first to leave. Sun quickly carried me up, walking behind bunny with moon. Moon kept his distance from them, watching as the skipped along. "Now, I followed him up until the point where Gregory and Vanny happened to be in the same room." Bunny hopped, humming silently.

"Is be safe?" I asked, concerned for his safety. "Oh, he's fine now. Vanny.. can now detect my presence. She isn't exactly happy with how I turned out. However.." bunny stopped walking and turned towards us. "Not only did I appear to inform you on Gregory's absence.. I would also like to tell you something. Something Vanny said that stood out to me." I gently got off of sun, walking toward bunny. "Wait, what do you mean? Is she planning something again?"

"Yes. As boring as this trope seems, Vanny seems to be consistently trying to go in action with her plans. Ever since the burning.. well, she's been working hard. And separating from Vanessa made her become stronger than ever." Bunny sighed, wiping away a fake tear. "If only I had a physical body.." they muttered. "What did Vanny say?" Moon asked. "She said something... something.. ah. That's right.." Bunny breathed in and slowly explained the moment.

FLASHBACK

"Gregory, hide here.. she won't be able to detect you here." I rushed gregory into the hiding place. Analyzing it early, it was secure and hard to get into thanks to its rough weight. It can be easily assumed to be locked. However, that's not the case. The door leading inside is just heavily weighted. "You'll be fine. Once she disappears, I'll come back for you. Alright?" I assured. Gregory nodded, "Thanks Y/N! Please be safe." I hesitated before nodding. I pushed gregory in and closed the door shut.

I hear footsteps approaching. I hide within the shadows of a crate, hoping no one could find me in that state. "Gregory?" Vanny called out. Her irritable familiar voice made me feel.. unpleasant. Ever since lunar, Erm, fixed me up, I've been ..able to tolerate a lot of things. Weird enough, I thought Aftons control would be able to bypass lunar and eclipses power. I guess not, considering..

"Gregory, I know you might be frightened. But let's put everything in the past behind us." Vannys voice echoed in my mind, I'm sure Gregory is terrified right now. But, I can't past Vanny. She can see me.. right? Suddenly, I heard a noise. I peeked out, seeing Vanny pick up a phone. That's Gregory's phone!

She visibly smirked and typed something in. Suddenly, my head started to ache. I groaned weakly in response. That same line I heard over and over again. That line that beckons to be played with. The question that she'll ask if she's playing a game.

"Are you having fun yet?"

I felt a shock go through my body. I hissed, making a noticeable noise through my direction. Vanny settled down her phone, giggling ever so lightly. Her laugh had always made me shudder. "There's my little experiment." It found me. I clenched my teeth and lifted my body up. I tried to run, but she was too quick. "No no, don't leave.. help me find gregory." I tried to push her off, but I couldn't!
