I was in the kitchen with Amy helping her with the soup she was making for silver. He was feeling a lot better, he can finally walk. But his powers are still too draining for him to handle right now.

-end POV-

"It's done! Let's serve him."-amy

Shadow grabbed a bowl and poured the soup in it. While Amy grabbed a glass of water and crackers.

They walk to the room silver was staying, they opened the door and silvers ear perked up but he stayed tucked in bed.

"Hey silver, we got you some soup to eat."-amy

Shadow walked towards silvers bed and sat down in a chair. "come on, you have to eat."

"mhhghh" silver groaned as he slowly sat up

"are you okay? how are you feeling?"-shadow asked putting his hand above silver's forehead to see if he had a fever. He didn't.

"Sore..very sore it's hard to move. Every time I lift my arms they shake and my legs tremble when I stand." Silvers ears dropped down, he felt weak.

"Ohhh silver.." Amy walked to the other side of the bed and sat down in a chair. She held silvers hand, and said

"you're healing, it's okay silver. We're here to help you with everything you need..we care about you so much."

Silver looked at Amy and smiled, "thank you.."

Shadow grabbed silvers other hand and kissed it, "exactly, just relax.." shadow kissed silvers cheek.

Silver smiled and blushed, and he chuckled. "I love you shads."

"WHHHHHAAAAAAAAAT!?" Amy screamed through the whole room startling silver.

"AMY WHAT THE HELL?" Shadow growled

"YOU- YOU TWO- WAIT HOLD ON WHAT YOU GUYS ARE DATING!?"

Silvers eyes widened and his face turned red. "Ohhh...haha..I forgot to tell you.." silver smiles nervously.

"SO YOU WERE HIS DATE?" Amy points at shadow.

"yep, wait- you helped him dress up?" Shadow asks.

Amy smiled bright, "I CALLED IT I KNEW IT!! YOURE ALWAYS SO NICE TO SILVER I KNEW SOMETHING WAS UP" Amy yelled.

Shadow shoved Amy's face, "yeah yeah..gosh shut up silver needs to eat his soup."

"OH- sorry..oh, right soup..haha" Amy smiled at silver and he laughed.

"Well I guess you know now..but uh" silver stopped.

Amy and shadow tilt their heads in confusion, "huh?"

"...I need help eating, my arms are so sore idk if I can even lift them.." silver said embarrassed.

Shadow chuckled, "I'll help you, don't be embarrassed you can't help it."

"Ughhh sonic needs help cleaning his house..I'll be back! Take care silver dont push yourself..shadow make sure he will be okay." Amy said as she was putting on her boots to leave.

"I will, don't worry good luck with THAT mess."

"Thanks, I'll need it."

Silver chuckled at shadows joke, amy left.

Shadow get a spoonful of soup ready to feed silver, "you ready? Open"

"Mhm.." silver opened his mouth, revealing all the cuts mephiles had done.
Guilt struck shadow and he sighed as silver took a bite from the spoon.

"Is it good? Too hot? Too cold?" Shadow asks.
"It's yummy! Amy made this? Makes sense.." silver smiled, and shadow smiled back. "Good."

Silver opened his mouth again for another bite, shadow noticed his fangs..they were longer than sonic and shadows, must be because of the future.

Silver took a bite another bite and shadow says, "your fangs are cute." Silver almost choked, "w-what? Really?" He blushed.

"I like them.." shadow chuckled "youre flustered so easily it's adorable."

"stop calling me that.." silver was blushing, he pouted "let me finish my soup!"

silver finished his bowl of soup and immediately laid back down.

He sighed and asked, "shadow?"

"Hm?" Shadow said in response as he was about to leave the room for silver to rest.

"can we cuddle..like last time..."
Shadow smiled as he walked towards the bed and slipped in with silver. He held him from behind, and rested his head on silver shoulder.

silver let out a sigh of relief, he felt that same feeling from before. He felt safe with shadow by him, and comfortable. Silver sniffled and teared up.

"Thank you.."
Shadow kissed silvers shoulder, "don't cry, you're with me. You don't have to be scared anymore."
