"this is delicious, thank you." jisung smiled as they ate.

"of course." minho smiled. "are you feeling any better?"

"a little." jisung nodded. "i would normally isolate, but having you here with me is nice."

"i'm glad i could comfort you." minho smiled softly.

"i'm glad too." jisung chuckled. "i will never eat anyone else's kimchi fried rice. yours is untouchable." he smiled as he did a little dance.

"you're so cute." minho chuckled.

"shut up." jisung lightly slapped his chest.

"mean. i'm hated." minho playfully pouted.

"yeah yeah, call it what you want." jisung nodded.

minho giggled, taking another bite of his food. the two finished their food in a comfortable silence.

"i'll wash the dishes." minho said as he stood up, taking his and jisungs bowls.

"no it's okay, i got it." jisung shook his head.

"i cooked, so i'll wash the dishes."

"no, you cooked so i'll wash the dishes." jisung took the bowls, placing them in the sink.

minho wrapped his arms around jisungs waist, resting his head on jisungs shoulder.

"i'll wash the dishes. you go rest." he spoke softly.

butterflies rushed through jisungs tummy as he nodded, allowing minho to do the dishes.

"fine. i'll be in bed." he playfully winked.

now it was minhos turn to have butterflies rush through him, watching as jisung walked to his bedroom.

"okay, i'm done. whatcha watching?" minho asked as he walked into jisungs room.

"boys over flowers." jisung replied as minho got under the covers, cuddling close to him.

they cuddled as they watched, jisung remembering a conversation they'd had while his friends were over. he turned his head, lightly biting minhos shoulder.

"did you just bite me?" minho laughed.

"yeah, i'm gay. remember?" jisung smiled.

"ah, that's right. carry on." minho giggled.

"do you really believe in soulmates?" jisung asked quietly.

"yes. i believe you're my soulmate." minho replied.

"i just...don't believe anyone's destined to be with me. but i think maybe my minds changing." jisung sighed.

"we were at the same place, at the same time, after a shitty day for both of us. it felt like i've known you for years which is why it was so easy to drag you away for a distraction. we'd been neighbors for years but hadn't met until recently. of course we were bound to meet eventually, but i think it's all written in the universe." minho gently explained.

"yeah..you're right." jisung nodded with a soft smile playing at his lips.

"i know i am." minho giggled, earning him a laugh from jisung.

"well...no matter how we're supposed to end up, i'm glad the universe chose you for me." jisung smiled.

"i am too." minho returned his smile.

god please just kiss me already.

"soulmates." jisung said softly, almost in a whisper.

now kiss me.

"soulmates." minho replied in an equally hushed tone.

DAMNIT.

"i should sleep, i have classes tomorrow." jisung sighed.

"me too." minho nodded.

jisung turned off the tv, pulling himself closer to minho if that was possible. minho gently ran his fingers through jisungs hair, jisung listening to his heartbeat. the beating of minhos heart acted as a lullaby for jisung, the man falling asleep in the comfort and safety of minhos arms.

"chan hyung i don't want to do this." jisung whined as their group discussed their assignment.

"i wanted to sing 'i bet on losing dogs' by mitski. you should sing 'sweater weather' since you like the song so much." chan chuckled.

"what's the assignment? i wasn't paying attention." changbin asked.

"we have to sing an english song. the ones the teacher picks will be performed at the fall festival." chan answered.

"an english song? why?" changbin groaned.

"oh you big babies. you'll be fine." chan laughed.

"i think i'll go with sweater weather." jisung nodded.

"binnie what are you singing?" chan asked.

"i have no clue. help me chan hyung." changbin groaned once again.

"you could do 'as the world caves in' by matt maltese. i think it'll give you a chance to show off your vocals." chan shrugged.

"okay. since i can't make up my mind i'll listen to you." changbin nodded.

"wow glad i could help." chan deadpanned.

"what are we doing for lunch?" changbin asked.

"i was gonna ask minho hyung if he wanted to eat with me. i don't know about you guys." jisung shrugged.

"you should invite him to eat with the group!" chan responded.

"...fine." jisung groaned.

"ooohhh ji wants him all to himself." changbin teased.

"...no i don't." jisung scoffed.

"you're blushing." chan pointed out.

"fine i'll invite him to eat with the group." jisung rolled his eyes, pulling out his phone. "it's not like anything would happen if i had him to myself anyways."

"what do you mean by that?" changbin raised an eyebrow.

"last night, we were cuddling right? and we were talking about us being soulmates. and i..i wanted him to kiss me so bad but he didn't! now i'm frustrated, but not at him." jisung ranted.

"you like like him?" chan smirked.

"i don't know, maybe!" jisung groaned.

"well...take your time. you guys only just met. every thing will work out in the end." chan comforted.

"you're right. annoyingly right." jisung sighed.

"our jiji has a crush!" changbin teased.

"shut up." jisung rolled his eyes.

"is he joining us for lunch?" chan asked.

"yea, i told him to meet us at the campus entrance since we'll go off campus for lunch." jisung nodded.

"where are we going to eat?" changbin asked.

"text the group chat and let everyone decide." jisung shrugged.

"oh, you should add minho to the group chat." chan suggested.

"oh help me. fine." jisung sighed.
