James Potter's POV

The two girls arrived yesterday. They smelt like outside, a smell I hadn't smelt for years. One was dark skinned with soft black hair, like how Sirius's hair used to be before we got taken away, and the other was really pale with platinum blonde hair. They say that their names are Lyla Lovegood and Hermione Granger.

I recognize the name Lovegood. Pandora Lovegood. Where have I heard that name before? I'm sure I have heard it. It sounds safe. It sounds like freedom.

Although I'm probably not the best judge of freedom.

How long has it been? 5 years? 10 years? A week? I can't tell anymore. I lost count a long, long time ago. But I know it's been a long time because Moony has been transforming. Like a lot.

Anyway, you probably don't know what is even going on. I don't anymore. It's all blurry. All I know is that I have to get out and find Lily.

But who is Lily? Is she my sister? I know she's more than a friend because Padfoot and Moony are my friends, so who's Lily? Were we married? What's wrong with me?

Timeskip- the next day

Two more came today. They said that their names were Graham and Dudley. They looked less healthy than the girls. They smelt like torture and blood. They've stopped trying to sleep because of the nightmares. Moony told them that the nightmares only hurt for a little bit. It becomes blurry after that.

Sirius had another red today. His eyes turned red and he went for Graham because Graham was moving. I managed to get him off before he hurt him. He's not as good as controlling the reds. Moony has made them disappear completely.

I wish I could get out...

Dudley's POV

It's so dark in the dungeon. Harry and his companion (Madeline I think is her name?) told us about the plan to bust us out. I really want to trust Harry again. You have no idea.

Graham and I were tortured with the Cruciatus curse for two whole days after Lyla and Hermione were taken away. I can't begin to describe what it felt like. It was like someone had hot knives and were stabbing everywhere vigorously. It was like I had been thrown into a pit of white-hot iron spikes. Graham almost went mad from it- in fact, I think he has lost his mind.

I've been talking to one of the men. He said his name was Remus Lupin, but the other two, who I'm assuming are James Potter and Sirius Black, keep calling him Moony. Remus is probably the most sane out of the three Marauders - he remembers his full name, his life, and his girlfriend, Marlene MacKinnon, who I told him was driven mad by torture and lives permanently in St Mungo's. I think he's just happy that she's alive.

It took another day for Fred and George to arrive. Apparently the same thing happened to them; torture, information extraction, general madness.

The evening after Fred and George arrived, I was walking over to Remus when I saw that he was chaining himself to the wall and attaching a muzzle to his face.

"Remus, what are you doing? You're going to hurt yourself!" I said curiously as he finished chaining himself.

"Stay back! It could happen at any time! I don't want to hurt anyone!" Remus recoiled as I stepped towards him.

"Moony, is it that time already?" Sirius asked, surprising everyone.

Remus just nodded.

"I'll go get Prongs. It's ok, but explain to the kids why they need to stay away. Prongs and I will protect you." Sirius gently said to a shivering Remus.

Hermione walked toward the scene, leaned over so she was on her knees, and gently muttered to a very distressed Remus;

"You're a werewolf, aren't you?"

"Yes, I'm afraid I am. Prongs and Padfoot are animagi; they stay with me to keep me calm." Remus looked ashamed.

"I am too." Lyla said, almost trembling .

"What?" Remus asked, shocked.

"I'm a werewolf too. Hermione has wolfsbane if you want some." Lyla looked at her toes as Fred and George began writing something down on a notebook that seemingly appeared out of nowhere.

"Yes please... your friend is so thoughtful...I can't thank you enough." Remus had tears running down his face as he swallowed the potion and let James unchain him.

"See Moony...you aren't alone...you never have been...and as long as Padfoot and I are alive, you won't ever be." James said with a genuine smile as he hugged the now sobbing Remus.

"It's almost time." Lyla said with fear in her voice, "Mia... don't leave me..." Lyla was crying.

"I wouldn't think of it." Hermione hugged Lyla tight and squeezed her hand.

"Hermione... it's dangerous even with the Wolfsbane potion. Leave with the others. Go to the other room." James said as Graham, Fred, George and I inched towards the other room in the dungeon that was dubbed 'The girl's room', since it only appeared when the girls arrived.

"No. I've been with Ly for transformations ever since I finished the animagus process." Hermione stood her ground.

"You're an animagus? A first year?" Fred was completely shocked.

"It's a long story that we don't have time for. Now go if you're going!" Hermione yelled as we ran into the other room.

To be continued because I'm mean (evil laugh)....
