Chronic Pain

Just because it can't be seen doesn't mean it's not there.
Not all pain is visible, some bruises are on the inside that's what chronic pain is.
When people say you don't look sick it frustrates me
To no end,
Just because you can't physically see it doesn't mean my pain any less valid.
