Her heart skipped a beat and a smile immediately appeared on her face. This happens every single time Lauren texts her. No matter if they were texting the entire day.

They both arrived at Camila's house and knocked on the door. Alejandro was the one who answered, and immediately smiled when he saw a familiar face.
" Lucy! It's been a while!"
Lucy grinned. " Lot's of practice and school work."
" I know I know, Camila and you are amazing examples of successful students." He said with a genuine chuckle, then his eyes met with Lauren's. " Oh Hi! Are you Lucy's little lady friend?" Alejandro said raising his eyes brows up and down playfully. Alejandro is well aware of Lucy's sexuality, but never took it as a threat. As long as it's not his daughter he's totally okay. Some gay people are okay. Well, they going to hell. But some are nice people. Like Lucy. He's a confusing person.
Lucy internally face palmed but smiled. " Nooo, of course not. She's my friend, as well as Mila's. Lauren, Alejandro. Alejandro, Lauren." Lucy introduced. " She actually just joined band too. So you'll see her in the field with us soon."
Lauren smiled and extended her hand. " Nice to meet you Mr. Cabello."
Alejandro shook her hand with a smile. " Call me Alejandro or Ale. Camila's right upstairs, go ahead girls."
The two girls both made their way upstairs arriving at Camila's door and knocking.

Lucy was the first to open the door carrying the soup and grinned. " Hello Homo."
