It was lunch time and Lauren was sitting at the Lunch table with her friends. Calum talking about how he almost got blinded by a flying pencil when he was in elementary, Luke agreeing indicating he was there and that he did it. Camila walked in the lunch room along with Lucy who was more focused on her phone. Instantly both made eye contact, as if they detected each other's presence.
Lauren was the first to smile at Camila, in which Camila gave back with a sheepish wave.
" Woah what happened there?" Calum asked, smirking as he took a bite of his carrot.
" Hm? What do you mean?" Lauren asked, breaking eye contact with Camila and setting her attention to Calum.
" Normally The Band Nerd would be a cocky lil shit, winking or whatever. But this time she's all flustered and shy. What have you done to her Jauregui?" Calum asked.
" Me? I didn't do anything." Lauren said.
Lauren looked back at Camila, in which she was now striking a conversation with Lucy, who's attention was still on the phone. Then Lucy looked up and also made eye contact with Lauren. She gave her a grin with a small wave, and Lauren smiled back.
" Woah Lauren who is that? Is that one of her cousins?" Vero asked, glancing at Lucy.
" hm? Oh no, that's her friend. Lucy." Lauren replied, opening up her bottle of water and taking a drink.
" Laaureen, why must you take all the good looking ones?" Vero whined.
" Aha well I guess it's my charm." Lauren said, smirking and brushing off her shoulder.
" Jauregui, How's it going?" Asked Lucy, who made her way towards Lauren's table. " We didn't see you yesterday at practice, everything alright?"
" Oh, yeah I just had lots of homework and I was just having a hard time completing it." Lauren said, trying to elbow off Vero who was practically on her back.
" Oo what kind?"
Lauren sighed and ran her hand through her hair. " AP Chem."
" Oh that's easy. I can help you if you want. I took AP Chem my sophomore year." Lucy said, making a slight eye contact with Vero. " Hi." Lucy greeted, with her signature grin.
" Hi." Vero greeted back, twirling her hair with her finger.
" Sophomore year!? Are you some sort of young prodigy I didn't know about?" Lauren asked, surprised.
Lucy rolled her eyes playfully and smiled. " Some may say that. But Hey if you ever need help, hit me up."
" Will do." Lauren confirmed smiling. " Where's Camila? I swear she was with you."
" Oh, Canola is in the bathroom doing who knows what. You can go search for her if you want to see her that bad." Lucy said, smirking.
Lauren chuckled as she got up from the table. " Whatever. I'll leave you here with Vero, she has interesting questions regarding to band."
" huh?" Vero asked alarmed.
That sentence sparked up Lucy in a way all band members would when asked a question regarding to the thing they love. " Really? Oh I got tons of information for you." Lucy said, taking Lauren's seat speaking to Vero.

Lauren made her way into the Bathroom and found Camila sitting on the sink counter, going through her phone.
" Hey." Lauren spoke softly, not to startle the girl.
Camila looked up and smiled. " Hi."
" You okay?" Lauren asked, hopping on the counter next to the smaller girl.
